Yeah, did the math, he will move into top 100. Frustrating but, at the same time, Detry made so many clutch putts throughout the round, hard to say he should hit every putt.

I agree nobody is gonna make everything but if you ask a pro how many times they should make a 3 footer out of 100 tries they're gonna say 100. Detry played a great round so it was hard watching him lose the tournament on a missed 3 footer. Make and its a playoff so still no guarantee of a win but he's got to be kicking himself a little. Horsfield seems like a nice kid with a ton of game. Its funny hearing a Brit with zero accent though, although I do understand he's lived in the U.S. since he was a kid. That second into 17 was a beauty!

Yeah, you're right. It was a little confusing watching. After the chip, it looked a lot longer than 3 feet but when they showed it from ground level, it looked more like practically a kick in.

To those of you hating on the course, I dont get it. Of course, I lived in Memphis for 25 years and played the course probably 25 or 30 times. It used to have bent grass greens and they used to have to keep the greens so soft, it was just no challenge for these guys.

As soon as they went to Champions Bermuda, it has been better. It is a really good test with doglegs both ways, tight holes, wide open holes, par 5s that are gettable with risk/reward. It grew on me because I hated it when they switched from Colonial South, which does have much more character.

It is a good test of golf. And 14-18 is a great finishing stretch. A really tough par 3, tight driving hole, shortest par 5 on the course, toughest par 4 on the course, and then the drive at 18 is no picnic. It is also much better in person.
