If there was ever a time for TM to finally convert to a 2 year cycle this would be it. The entire SIM lineup is insanely strong.

That said I always just look at their history to know what to expect. The natural evolution of the driver is to move from a single track to a T-track and the natural evolution of the fairway is to add moveable side to side weight. Otherise they will continute to ad more carbon fiber to the crown and more weight to the sole/other areas of the club as they have done every year since the 2016 M1. They will either call it SIM 2 or 2021 SIM. Taylormade is quite predicitable in this regard. SIM was a departure from the M series so this year will be a minimal evolution. Wouldn't expect anything revolutionary from TM in 2021, but SIM was so good there is no need for them to be revolutionary this time around.

Their release schedule has been consistent since the 2017 M1/M2. I'd even throw in the original M2, since that was a Jan release unlike the original M1's fall release.

In the absence of other information, there's no reason to suspect they'll deviate from that schedule this year. So I'd anticipate Jan/Feb again.
