Recommendations for a Toe Balanced Mallet Style putter

looking for a mallet style putter head that is toe balanced ?

 

(does it even exist ?)

 

i currently have the putter below but ive been having issues .. time to switch it up and test some other stuff out

 

prefer to play scotty or betti

ER7 or ER8 are worth a try.

 

The times I’ve played around with them at the PGA SS, I’ve also liked the PING Sigma 2 Valor (which you can get in a slight arc model).

 

Between those though I’d probably lean toward the Evnroll options.

The Bettinardi Queen B 6 Black and Queen B 9 are both mallets with the toe up. They have the same 1/2 toe hang and much more compact heads than the Innovai.

If your looking for mallet, why not try something more of a face balanced putter.  Anser style usually have 4:00 toe hang.  Going to face balanced might help. SC, Flowback #5 is pretty nice.  I am enjoying a Toulon Garage Chicago with Double Bend Shaft.  It's a mid-wide anser style.  I might actually let it go because I have too many customs...But I think that style my solve your problem.

Try the Spider X putters, they are 50/50 toe balanced and to me they look and feel great.

I second the spider x.  I am coming from a evnrol 1.2 blade and the spider x is a good transition.

Basically for mallets if its not a dual bend shaft. Its probably got toe hang on it. I dont think they make any mallets with a long plumbers neck that would make it face balanced. For the Scotty Phantom series, its the .5 versions that have the toe hang. So like the X7 is face balanced but the 7.5 has some toe hang.

That's a beauty!! I just received JT Inspired Scotty X5.5, which says it promotes a slight arc for a mallet. Does that mean it's slightly toe balanced? I could be. I believe the actual putter of JT has two different weights, but not sure about this limited release. I haven't opened box yet anyway.

My current gamers have been Scotty's (x5, x7m, and Phantom x7) and a Betti innovai. A few weeks ago I purchased a mint used Toulon Las Vegas H7 and it feels and rolls amazing. The issue with the Scotty's and Betti were distance control and my miss was to the right on hard (fast) greens (we are in a major drought). The Toulon is awesome, have to give it a little more umph on slower greens, but the control on fast is 100x better, and no more missing to the right.

I’m only 2 weeks into a Scotty squareback 2.  So far the milling gives it a very soft feel, but it’s only a moderate toe hang.  I’ve tried the Bettinardi inovai 6.0 plumbers neck and that has more hang IMO, but doesn’t feel as pure as the squareback 2.   Based on your preferences those and the Scotty 5.5 flowback are your choices.  FWIW I’m not evenroll fan.

I always found Queen Bee 10 by Bettinardi to be THE best looking non-custom putter on the market. If I somehow convince me not to go L.A.B. golf, I will get one of those

Is Bettinardi really the way to go? I was looking at the T22 fast back from scotty. It looks amazing. Or the Select Fastback. Any help on what is the best out of these or when I can try them? Please lmk!
