Sik DW or Bettinardi QB6 SBS

Picking between the two and am torn. Need a nudge or two. Love that I can pick where the sight line is on the Sik and think the tech is a great idea. Like the black head on the SBS and know the quality of Bettinardi. Can get the slant neck on either. Can’t make up my mind. Help!

Obviously a personal choice. I prefer the SIK technology. If you have practiced with both that should help. If you have not than it’s more of a guessing game. Go with what fits your eye.

That is a tough one, the SIK face tech is great but will give you a softer feel off the face but does let you attack putts a bit more. The Bettinardi will be firmer off the face so will come off a bit hotter, so if you like to attack the hole a bit more could possibly be blowing by the hole a bit if you don't have your speed down. But if you leave it short the Bettinardi might be a better option over the SIK. If the possibility of resale then probably be even since SIK is gaining popularity lately but that SBS is nice.

 

So I guess can go off if you want softer or firmer feel, if that doesn't matter than is that sight line option a big choice for you?

I’ve rolled them both during a fitting, but it’s been a while. I would say I prefer a softer feel on a putter and like to be able to go after it. I would say I miss long more than I do short. I sure do like how that Betti looks though.

The putter ho in me would say to get both, but do the Betti used. Sounds like preference is the SIK for you based on what you like. Now if you can find an old Studio Stock 9 which is the QB6 shape but with the FIT face you'd have the look you love with the feel you want.
