Commish jumps off the Lamar train and climbs back up on the covered wagon where I belong. PICK CHANGE as now I am taking the Bills and canceling Baltimore. I have watched the Bills get more solid seemingly every week. Colts smoltz they were playing everyone tough coming down the stretch. QB Jackson sails too many balls out of reach of his receivers in this contest. QB Allen will not. Gifts from Lamar enable Buffalo to squeak out a cover or maybe my first push. I don't know why I bought into the Ravens are peaking at the right time buzz. This game is in Buffalo. Regardless of only a limited number of fans in attendance it is still home, and home is where the heart is. The Bills are playing with more heart than any team nowadays I feel.

And hey, you all are the best for putting up with all the gunk and junk that I post. I also thank you for dealing with the diarrhea of the mouth that I suffer from too often as well. We are almost done with the 5th season of this contest. What a ride, what a blast.

It's cheers and jeers all around this joint always, and that is just the way that the commissioner has always envisioned this thread to be. 

 

I have a feeling this weekends games will make for the most entertaining NFL weekend of the year. It's win and advance or lose and pack it up. These professionals will be hanging it all on the line. Or as the kids today say, ballin' out large. ( someone yells, "nice try grandpa")

I honestly like the last minute picks. With my hectic life it's not easy to actually sit down and think about what picks I am going to make.

That said these are some great match ups on paper. 

But injuries might affect one game badly.

And a lop sided early win might affect the betting on another.

I am not sure I am buying the Browns playing a close one against Andy Reid coming off the bye.

I know the Browns hung 28 on the Steelers early but then hung on because Mike Tomlin decided to get real defensive in a slugfest. I will never understand why he wets to bed in the playoffs. He's a great team builder, but my God ! Punting the effing ball! Are you kidding me!?  

 

 

Picks be damned I am rooting for Buffalo, Rams...only because I like teams with awesome defense, I will be fine if Rodgers continues on. Saints and Chiefs. Browns would be a helluva upset but I doubt it.

There have been issues all week with the website I use for the Vegas Line.  The Vegas insider is now up and fixed.

I thought I might post the movements in the lines.

 

 

Green Bay is still -7 but the total has fallen one point to 45

 

Buffalo has moved down to a 2 1/2 point favorite with the total dropping by 1/2 to 49 1/2 

 

Kansas City is still a 10 point favorite and the total has risen one whole point to 57

 

New Orleans is unchanged at -3 still but the total has gone up one point to 51
