The LS Tec heads are 57 degrees as an average of the settings, so I gather this means that the flat setting is 1.5 degrees flatter at 55.5 degrees.

Wishon drivers have a bendable hosel, I’ve got one that is 54 degrees.

Callaway also do an adaptor that offers a .75 degree flat setting, with some of the Sub Zero model heads measuring at 56 degrees they come in at 55.25 degrees. (56 is the flattest head that I have found however)

I recently Had my loft and lies done on my irons. I am now 4 degrees flat on all irons. My driver and 3 wood are the 2017 M1. Is there any setting that could help with my flat setting ?

Just because you need your irons flat doesn't mean you also need the driver/woods flat.  Lie angles for those clubs should always be fit independent of the irons.  Use the dry erase marker test to check.   It will depend as much on the playing length as the swing posture.   Although going shorter with the playing length is one way to get a flatter lie angle.

Is there a way that an open or closed face setting would have an effect with out It actually being set flat?

Are you asking if it has an effect on the lie angle?  Then no but @Adam C already answered that.

If it's some other effect (like ball flight) you are asking about you'll have to be more specific.

Well, I bought a rogue draw and stuck a 17g weight in it. Put the adapter in the D setting.

For the first time in my life, I didn't lose one ball left the entire round. My only miss was right.

This is significant.

This week, the PGA Tour is at TPC San Antonio on the Oaks Course for the Valero Texas Open. GolfWRX was on-site Tuesday to catch a glimpse into the bags of some of the world’s top golfers.

The field of 144 is getting ready to battle starting Thursday for the $7.7 million purse, with $1.386 million going to the winner. The tournament is also the last event where players can qualify for The Masters, just like Canadian Corey Conners did last year.
