I had the same issues for nearly 2 years, had reached out twice without a response and had given up hope.  This summer I decided to make one last attempt before moving on and was assisted by two fabulous customer service employees of Diamond Golf (Jason and Alison) and the issue was fixed.  Really happy to be reconnected with Wishon product.

Glad that we have you back on board. It was a mammoth task initially transferring everything over from Tom to us. There were a few teething problems to start with.  All ironed out now and new web store is up and running.

 

When we transferred all the data we couldn't transfer passwords and payment details for security reasons, this caused a few issues initially.

Wow - just stumbled on this thread - pretty cool.  I went through a time when I was making my own clubs and had a Wishon account and I made a set of irons - 752tc.  I also used Tom's reduced taper grips so I would not have to add tape under the low hand (he was way out ahead of that one).  I loved the clubs and shot 4 under for 9 in my golf league.

 

So what would a sane person do?  I sold the iron set ?  What a bonehead move.  I still can not believe I did it.  What did I sell the set for?  Something like $150 - oh it was bad...

 

I have nothing but good comments on the Wishon products

Totally understandable.  If you have direct contact with either of the employees I have mention, please tell them some Canadian guy on GolfWRX was so impressed with their timely feedback and immediate service.  

 

What I love is that an order reaches my door within a week. Impressive given the fact that we are 'across the pond'. 

 

So happy the Wishon line was picked up by an established distributor which has continued to maintain a connection with Tom.

I just bought a 775 hybrid. Got it out on the course yesterday. I really love it, was able to hit a draw or fade no problem. distance was very respectable as well. The only thing that i don't like is the paint job is not the greatest the paint chips off very easily. one round of carrying produced quite a few chips. paint seems to be very thin. Otherwise great club.

They lost me on the crown. I'm going to hope that's just a bad computer rendering and that it doesn't look that way at address.

It looks the same as the 519SHPR to me.

That's exactly what it looked like.  The SHPR was ok looking but that pointy toe transition just doesn't suit my eye.

Hmmmmm, didn't notice that, I see what you are saying, for whatever reason not offensive to me.

 

Pic from Wishon site off current gen 919.  Maybe that red line helps break that pointy look up, but ??

Compare the Titleist TSR2 profile w/ the Wishon and you won't be able to unsee that pointy toe transition.  It's downright sharp and could easily have been softened.

I dont disagree...but for most amateur golfers it is much easier to line up a club with a definitive straight edge.  That's TSR2 is problebly left open and closed all the time by people at address.

Good point.  I'm hoping the pictures are making it out to be sharper than it would look in real life.  The computer generated media pictures don't always capture the true essence.

That could also be true. Even to my eye, I know that TSR2 is square....but it seems open to me.  It could also be as easy as....Tom prefers a square topline lol. Who knows!

As someone who sets up open, the “pointy toe” as you call it with the relatively square top line makes it very easy to line up. With the TSR2, I’d think i had it open at address and be in the left woods all day. YMMV
