Hit my 910d3 today after some really poor driving with my m2.  Played so much better, particularly with driver.  Might have to go back to titleist.

anyone been consistently with a KK XD 70TX or close ?

I didn’t like the xd 70TX with the tsi3. The D 70TX has been much better. Also Ventus blue 7x tipped an inch was better too.

Have a ventus black 6s on the way coming in this weekend.  Will be interesting to see how it pairs with the TSi2.  Also got an adapter to throw on the ventus blue 6x.  Figured i might as well compare all of them together with the Tensei raw white.

Any feedback on the Ventus black yet?

im trying to decide between the blue and black for my TSi2. I got fit into the Smoke RDX at fitting time with my swing getting crazy high spin but I want to tinker with a Ventus. Because why not

Seems like Titleist has really parred down the shaft choices going forward. Still a nice selection, but they used to have a TON.

Don't know about the # of "stock" choices but they still offer a "ton" overall.

They do offer 3 stock/off-the-rack selections of Graphite Design Tour AD shafts,,,,,,,,,, for a $200 upcharge.

The rest are just "special order".

I really like the ventus black and think it pairs better with the higher launching TSI2.  Def. a bit lower launching than blue.  I have a 10 degree and was actually messing around the range and got a bit more distance playing it at 9.25.  Just an easier swing overall vs. the 6x.  I also think I cut down the 6x too much.  It is at 44" where the 6s is at 44.5.  I like to play my drivers much shorter.  The 6s can still take a pretty aggressive swing, but my tempo is relatively on the smoother side.

Additionally, I know they have offered some off-menu shafts in the past. If you're looking for something not in their catalogue, you can find out through a dealer.

Does anyone have any theories as to why the tour guys seem to favor the TSi2 fairway wood? I can’t recall seeing one TSi3 in a tour bag.

I’ve not hit, let alone seen the new line, but curious if there is some consensus on that.

I thought I’d noticed the same with the Sim Max being preferred, too. Perhaps they like something they can just wail on from the tee.

TSi2 is easier to launch high with more spin that TSi3.

The TSi2 15º gave me the same preferred launch numbers and windows as my TS3 16.5º, saw +2 mph ball speed and MUCH MUCH more forgiving.  I carry one fairway and want it to be the "jack of all trades" off the deck and off the tee.  The TSi3 16.5º and 15º were both rockets off the tee but, for me, difficult to elevate off the deck with any consistency... even the 16.5º.  If I carried two fairways, I'd probably stick with the TSi2 and go 13.5º (tee ball) and 18º (off the deck).

Not sure, but I know for me this has been the trend that if you like a higher launch, more forgiving, slightly heavier head the 2 series is the way to go. This has been continued into the TSi2.

I bought the 16.5 2 and 3. I played them both at D1 and have been hitting them side by side in the same shaft for a bit now.  The 3 is lower both in flight and spin. Looks a little nicer and I may prefer it off the tee, if I'm not trying to get up over something. But I have two holes at my club where I can make life easier for myself going over some high trees and the 2 does this with ease. I need to work a little harder with the 3. Not sure I'm seeing much difference in forgiveness. I rarely need it for approach shots but the 2 would win there for me. I'd probably go with the 3 if not for the those two holes.

Only had about 15 minutes to test a recent build, but I’m super excited to start the season with the TSI3.

This was testing last night with the Ventus Black 6x tipped 0.5” at 45.25” with TSI3 10*. The build came to exactly D3 on the number with a Tour Velvet360 Flat Cap and 2 wraps and standard weight.

3-wood has always been a go to club for me off the tee- reliable and plenty long.  I've always gravitated towards more tee oriented(lower launching and spinning) fairway woods- Callaway Deep, Sub Zero, G410LST, Sim Ti Rocket.

I've never been a strong 3-wood off the deck player which isn't a huge issues as its not needed often, but it would be nice to have.  The TXG review among others really got me interested in the TSi2 over the TSi3.  I picked up the 2 with a Smoke Black RDX and have to say I'm impressed.  It launches off the deck extremely easily but doesn't balloon.  Its been right where i want it off the tee but much more forgiving and rewarding from the fairway too.

Never would I have considered going with the higher spinning, more forgiving model but I'm very happy I did.  Seems the trend with the new drivers as well, moving towards more forgiving higher MOI with appropriate spin windows as opposed to the ultimate low spin bombers while sacrificing forgiveness
