Toulon stroke lab

Recommended Posts

Anyone have one of these? Looking at the Atlanta model for myself..I’m mostly curious about the stroke lab part, I tried a weight in my super stroke flatso for some counterbalancing with my current putter and I wasn’t a huge fan, it was great for tempo and replicating my stroke but distance control especially on lag puts was horrendous, just had no feel on long puts. I’m sure I could get used to it though and that Atlanta is a Beaut.

It feels different from a traditional counterweight set up because the shaft is much lighter than a traditional shaft.

I have a Portland putter and I love the feel the Stroke Lab gives me with my Toulon...my tempo is really good.

I have a Chicago with a Stroke Lab shaft and really like it.  My distance control has been much better with the stroke lab than a traditional putter shaft.

I have a Stroke Lab Toulon Atlanta H7 (flow neck) that I'm still getting used to. Video shows my stroke is more consistent with the rhythm/tempo, but I'm struggling with the longer putts getting to the hole compared to my non stroke lab Toulon Madison.

I did change the grip from the stroke lab standard grip (68gm, got slick with sweaty hands) to a Tour SNSR Contour Pro (90gm), but when I checked with Odyssey they said it wouldn't affect it really.

Will give the Stroke Lab Atlanta little more time, since it's also my first serious attempt at a mallet in a long time.

Also picked up a SL Black Rossie F from CPO to try out since it's not really a mallet.
