Hitting way off of the toe... roast my swing

I agree with @Tax77 in that you appear to be able to move pretty well but have way too many things moving in the backswing. You actually get in to some pretty decent positions on the way back down though, but the general overswinging and massive forearm rotation on the way back is setting you up to use your athleticism to save the swing from this exaggerated positions, which means you're always going to be at the mercy of your ability to do or not do that day to day. Lots of potential there though, especially with the positions you're getting in to coming down. Your shoulders are also aimed MUCH further left than your feet which is an easy thing to adjust, just put down an alignment rod along your foot line and have someone hold a club along your shoulder line, then get used to what it feels like getting those two things synced up more.  

What is interesting is that you have what appears to be a very strong grip, likely in reaction to the huge forearm rotation going back that gets the club wide open immediately, however you stop that rotation and the club actually ends up slightly shut at the top, which is the opposite of what normally happens when people get the club flying open so early. Having both the shut club face and the strong grip means you are going to have to turn hard to keep from snap hooking the ball, because the face that went back super open actually comes back down pretty square/slightly shut, which is a good place to be. However, all of that requires you to really stay down and be rock solid through impact, because as soon as you start losing posture or getting too quick, it will be toe hit dropkick hook city.

Appreciate the detailed reply. Overall I think you summed up my swing very accurately. So I guess just a question for clarification but would you say that my primary focus should be on changing my backswing (over swing and excessive forearm rotation) and setup or potentially changing my grip to accommodate the moves I’m currently making ?

I think addressing the backswing moves should be the main focus, yes. Because of the position you are getting in at the top, all the forearm rotation and the strong grip likely adopted because of it is completely unnecessary and only serves to add variables to the equation. You could take the club straight back along a traditional, neutral path with a more neutral grip and get in to the exact same positions at the top and be setup much better to come back down with fewer manipulations. 

A drill for that I was taught a couple years ago to get the correct lines on the way back was to put a several foot long piece of PVC pipe behind the clubhead at address pointing towards the ball/down the target line. The goal is to take the club back and push the pipe in a straight line backwards. If you were to try that drill right now, you would corkscrew that pipe counterclockwise because of how quickly the club goes inside as a result. 

It will likely feel pretty weird taking the club back more neutrally at first, which it should given how different it will be, and that is where the grip change will likely come in as you'll probably end up hitting a bunch of hooks at first. Excess club rotation and a strong grip almost always go hand in hand, and once you remove one then the other becomes unnecessary. The swing path is the most glaring though and should be addressed first. As a visual reference, here is you and Rory (who is in a pretty neutral position on the way back) and the differences are obvious:

Very wristy take-away is causing you to over-compensate. I know when I get quick with my hands at the start, I tend not to hit the center of the face. Get your first "move" of your swing to come from your shoulders instead of your hands. It's going to feel weird and you're going to have to learn how to re-adjust your wrist supination throughout but it should help you return the club more in-line with where you've taken it back from.
