I've got the opposite problem, I struggle to generate spin with driver. To get enough spin for a stable ball flight with the latest drivers I have to go to the highest lofts. 

 

Then I hit it too high with a steep descent angle and get no run. A couple generations ago I could hit the 10.5 with enough spin and got a flatter flight with decent run out.

 

I remember iteachgolf saying he was working  with a PGA tour player who was knuckling a 11.5 or 12 degree driver @175 BS which is pretty crazy

They do make a smaller headed Tour issue SIM Ti head. They are rather rare at this point but I bet next year we will see lots more pop up on the bay.

How exactly? 

 

the head is the major factor in spin.....shafts tinker with it and the hosel adjustments have some limited impact at best 

the Head puts you in a quadrant and then its minor

Pictures of the callaway Epic Max are up on reddit. A simple google search will give you the result. The sole of the club looks busy but it's probably a GI driver. The Jailbreak looks to be a little different also. Not sure if it's real.

For sure.  I have one, although it's spec'd at 16.4º.  Looks every bit as small as the SIM 5wood

He is hitting sim2 100 percent but he started out hitting the sim and then said let’s see what sim2 will do and you can see it if you watch the video on barstools Instagram

It's on the ForePlay instagram, they won't have the video on YouTube until it's been edited. They aren't the fastest when it comes to putting out the edited videos. You can watch it on their instagram though.

Yes it is real. I have one. I have both versions but there is no markings on the club head that are different from each other. I had to put marlings on the sole to tell the difference when I was testing them against each other. I believe the difference is only 12-14 cc's. Next to each other one can see it. but not easy on their own. I literally had one of the first. if there were later ones with different markings, I didn't see that. The production was very small and most chose the larger head as it is much more forgiving or some players went with the SIM Max which was a steel head and not quite as long. Some of the Tour players found the Sim Ti too long for what they wanted. Not me I need the length which is about 10 to 14 yards longer the the previous M5 (which I liked until the SIM.
