Dropping audio because they are picking up profanity from the players after a shot?  Seems to be a continuous problem since there are no galleries.

I don’t know if that’s what it is all the time, Sound is dropping when players aren’t talking I thought.

I was more referring to the colors. Tiger would have been proud in 2002.

Have a new found respect for him after hearing Perez talk about him on a podcast being passed out drunk in a club for an hour or so, then waking up to continue the party and that's the one guy on tour that Perez could just say let's go if there was a scrap and he would come no questions asked.

Really happy to see Kokrak get it done.  Been a solid tour player for a decade and just couldn't get it over the line.

KA-BOOM BABY!

He won with a set of PXG irons (3-pw). No other PXG clubs. So did unsponsored Ryan Armour at one time.

Serious query. Has PXG on the PGA Tour ever had a winner that was PXG for all 14 clubs? FWIW Kokraks Ka-Boom baby on 18 of 342 yards was a TM Sim driver. Finished it off with a Bettinardi putter.

James Hahn won in 2016 with 11 PXG clubs except for the putter and 2 wedges.

Pat Perez had everything but the driver when won in 2017. I do know that their players generally play worse when they move to PXG. Why’s that?

My opinion is the build of the equipment.  I don't know who is doing their work, but when we get them in the shop, it's a show.  Weights are all off, shafts, etc.  You name it, we've fixed it.  Between them and Club Champion, they keep our builders busy.

DRIVER:  Callaway Rogue ST 10.5

FAIRWAYS:  Callaway Rogue ST 3, 9, 11 Fairway Woods

WEDGES:  Callaway Jaws Raw 50 S Grind, 54 S Grind, 58 Z Grind

PUTTER:  Odyssey Toulon Las Vegas

BACKUPS:  Odyssey Toulon Garage Le Mans Tri-Hot 5K Double Wide, MannKrafted Custom, Slighter Custom

Something tells me the Tour players have their clubs built up properly. Though I agree for the average Joe's PXG's builds are horrible, mine had ranging swing weights, lengths, and overall terrible build quality.

That's not true in every case.  You would think that.  I know I used to.  Some OEMs are worse than others.  We have some pros that come through the shop that live in the DFW area and sometimes we're surprised in what we see and fix.  One of their players didn't want to put their driver into play because they just couldn't get the shaft, weighting or feel right.  It was a long time before he got it right.  He was loyal to PXG and wanted them to fix it, but it literally took months before he felt it was "close enough."  He essentially gave up because he was obligated to use what they built.  Many of their pros don't care anymore.  If I were playing for millions of dollars, if someone could get my build right, it wouldn't matter to me who did it.  If I'm playing your head, who cares who builds it?

I guess I shouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt, pretty sad these guys even have to battle with quality control. Thanks for sharing!

Was watching a replay while doing something else today.  It was annoying how often they spoke about betting odds for this, that or whatever.   Either there is some research showing the viewing audience wants it to be discussed a ton, or they are getting a cut from the betting shop.  Does not add to a broadcast IMHO.

Not sure about any fix's being in, but golf strikes me as easy to handicap for the true professionals.

There is that.  I saw a discussion about where to take a drop(Griffin hit into the water on the right side of 18 fairway.)  All I could think about was how many different ways the betting could impact that, legitimately or otherwise.

I'm thinking by end of next year there is one "questionable" incident involving the betting, if not a clear scandal.  Tennis has had issues with match fixing, how easy would it be to get a guy to play for second?

Exactly what I thought....when I read the quote today about Kokrak saying this course felt like a home course since he has played it so much.  Plays hard and Plays hard has got to be his motto.

Going by the WITB articles immediately after his win Sunday it was widely reported he has PXG 0311T Gen2 irons (3-PW) in his bag. Same as what the current PXG website states. Is that incorrect?

Get used to it. It's another revenue stream for the tour that was announced last week. It's not going away.
