New Vessel Bag Line Up Fall 2020

So who else got teased with this? Anyone know anything else? I reached out on insta and they confirmed it includes a stand bag. Player 3.0? Lite 3.0?

Yeah, there's definitely a stand bag, and by the look of the grab handle, I'm guessing it's a new Player bag and not Lite.  If you click the link, there are 5 teaser photos...3 of what I think are the cart and 2 of the stand, but it's just of the base and the grab handle.

Upon further looking, maybe it's 3 pics of the stand bag.  The 4th in the series has was appears to maybe be a putter tube??

I got the original player stand bag and it’s been the best bag I have owned.

Yeah, I received that teaser ad too --- just as I was thinking of placing an order for a STITCH SL2 now that they are "temporarily" on sale.  Funny how these 2 companies play off of each other.  I am looking for a lightweight bag that can be easy to use carry or cart.  I have read the STITCH is limited in pocket room;  that the Vessel, although an otherwise great bag has crappy legs for a premium bag.

I had the VLX and the legs actually fell off! Vessel put it right though and the service excellent, however I think you are referring to the retraction?

 

I think they’ve worked hard on that and a lot better in my experience, as for then SL2, I’ve had a couple and whilst I like them they don’t feel anywhere near as premium and as for the storage I completely agree.

 

Vessel player 3.0 intrigues me, I’m guessing they will have upgraded the design as well as stripping some weight! I’m in!

Thank you for your response, Jw.   Honestly, not completely sure what the complaints were about the legs -- I had read where they did not "grip" well on hard surfaces.  But regardless, if they have fixed those issues with better engineering, then they have something special.   Again, thanks.   We shall see.

Oh, and one more thing......hopefully the opening at the top is a minimum of 8 or 8.5 inches or putting 14 clubs in the bag without a tug-of-war to remove them will be a disappointing challenge.

I purchased the Player 2.0 Stand and it's by far the best bag I have ever owned.  Looking forward to see what is dropping in  a couple weeks!

I didn't catch this at first (just saw the picture included in the email).  Fingers crossed for a Player 3.0! (or even 2.1?)

the legs do not fully retract.

I called their San Diego store. They said they are just working out some kinks, but they will be released today.

Just now finding this thread and have some info to share...I was told there will be a 4 way bag as well. 

 

If I had to guess, we will be getting a cart bag, players 3.0, and a new 4 way.

They're out. Huge miss IMO. A larger 4 way, a 4 way with full dividers, or a 6 way with full dividers was what the people wanted! A updated players is cool, but 2 cart bags? Bummer. No preorder for me.

Just finished ordering my Player III.   Looks like they took a great bag and made it better. It will make for a nice early Christmas Present when it ships in December!

yep, tried different computers, PC, Mac and iOS...keep getting page errors due to "too many redirects"

Was really looking forward to the release today.  I like a few of the changes to the 3.0, but not necessarily a fan of the new 6 way top over the 2.0.  First impressions are that I'll keep the 2.0 that I just picked up at the retail location and hold off on going to the 3.0.  Have to say I do like the older tech texture too, so if the 3.0 is released eventually in the tech material, I'll have to reconsider.

Yeah, the top isn't what I was hoping for on the Players 3 either.  Other than that, the bag looks great.  Oh well.

Was hoping for a 4-way top myself.  Agree that the bag looks awesome otherwise.
