I'm sorry, I should have bene more clear, it was a slide show presentation on them, not actually in hand.  From the pics provided in the slides, I couldn't tell if there was a weight there or not. But I seem to recall him saying the removable weight was the one in the rear sole. 

 

As for descriptions of them, the X is still a "draw" oriented driver, but due to the a few players on tour liking it, they tried to make it more cosmetically appealing than the 2020 version.  As for the Z I guess you could (and this is my opinion of the way I interpreted) say it is very similar to the Tsi 2, in that it doesn't need a lot of adjustment to work for the majority of players.

Anyone in the market for a new driver is spoiled for choice right now. With new offerings from Ping, Titleist, Mizuno, Cobra and no doubt TM either out, or in the works, it's a good time to be on the hunt. Choice is good.

STZ looks noice! I wonder what new face material (seems like Mizuno updates this every realize as of late) and matte carbon crown, fingers crossed?? 

 

I also noticed the "wave tech" seems to have gotten a little deeper back but less left to right in terms of channel size, perhaps in the name of stability for off center strikes to me more consistent and forgiving.

No the weight's there, you can see the torque screw-hole in the centre, I think these may just be weighted discs or plugs compared to the usual rhombus.

If they fixed the sound of these we may have a winner! I love allot about the past couple ST drivers but the sound was awful.

A fun thing regarding Mizuno drivers. I was playing a comp on a simulator yesterday and did not have a driver. Then I remembered that I own a brand new mp630 fast track so I ripped the plastic of and brought it. 
 

I thought that I will loose som distance and it will be harder to keep it straight. I hit it about 280-290 with roll and tight tights draws. That’s a 10 year old driver without custom fitting. Makes you think what the difference really is with the new stuff.

I had the ST200 and loved everything but the sound. Forgiving as all get out.

i liled the driver but it was a lot shorter than my m2.

 

also they need better stock shafts than a 5 year old diamana

Not sure if this will change with the new generation, but there were quite a few “no charge” real deal shafts in the catalogue for Mizuno Drivers. Eg. my ST190 came with an Atmos Tour Spec Black shaft which was a no charge upgrade.

Pretty sure that changed with the st200

I’d double check that if you’re interested. I confirmed with a local reseller in Canada that it is still a no charge upgrade for the atmos black tour spec. They also phoned Mizuno directly to confirm. There is also a large e-retailer in the US that allows you to select custom options on their site - also has it listed as a no charge option for the Atmos Black tour spec.

Oh, now i know what it was. They dont offer a 7x. So basically pointless for me.

I never got comfortable with the ST-190.   The faced just looked so open to me.
