Uther golf ...beware worst customer service

Uther Supply has to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Bought 2 towels on their web site. After I purchased they said I would receive an email shortly confirming the purchase.  That was 4 days ago, I've contacted them 3 times since, by email they have no phone listed hmm, and have not heard a word from them.  Beauty part is 10 minutes after the purchase my CC gets charged.  Well cavet emptor, worst part is I would of never heard of them if I didn't listen to some Vloger recommending them. Live and learn stick with the tried and trusted.

The communication part I can get being upset about, but it’s been 4 days and 2 of which were weekend days. I’d give it atleast a week before really getting concerned.

Uther is a smaller, but popular brand, I wouldnt be too worried.  Agree that give them a few days that wasnt weekeend and see what shakes out.

But he's emailed them 3 times in 4 days, while at least 2 of those days were actual business days. They should know how important he is and escalate accordingly

Their website seems to suggest the towel should hang from the bag on a hook? Not a brand or practice I could ever support.

I would give them a chance and not label worst customer service. They might be ignoring you at this point. Just being honest , seems a bit knee jerkish.

I pre-ordered their mag safe tee holder on jan 29 2024.  The website says pre-order and after I ordered they said that they received and "We are getting your order ready-don't worry, we move fast.  We will let you know when your order is ready.'

I messaged and emailed them on Feb 12 still no response and again on Feb 19 (always using my order number) and said that any communication would be better than no communication and that their customer service is lacking.  

 

I guess I'll just wait but it's been almost a month.

 

This sucks.

Has anyone ever actually received any product from these guys? I placed an order over two months ago and have heard nothing since (other than the "We received your order" email)
