Anyone playing 2019 Cobra Forged CB irons

Looking for some feedback from anyone playing the 2019 Cobra Forged CB irons. I’m really interested in picking up a set of the CB irons, my games not good enough anymore for the CB/MB set.

I just sold a set about 2 months ago.  Went to mizuno 919 tours and haven’t looked back.

I've had my full set of CB's for 6 months now - really like them a lot.  Make no mistake that although they're CBs, there isn't that much forgiveness imo.  It took me a little while to get use to the firm feel of the forging BUT I have no regrets, great sticks!

I played the flow set for about 8 months and the 4-6 irons (CB) always had great feel and they performed well! To piggyback on what Buzzkill said there’s not a ton of forgiveness but I would still recommend them to anyone.

Glad this thread popped up as I have been debating between these and a few other options the last week or so. What I'm most worried about is the wear to the black finish. Can any of you long time users speak to that? Or better yet, does anyone have pictures?

The black finish on the cobras is indestructible.   I played mine for 5 months and about 2000 range balls and they looked brand new.

I’ll dig them out tomorrow and snap some pictures. The faces last very well after a lot of rounds and range time. A few of the soles started to wear but that didn’t bother me at all as I don’t see that when at address.

I bought my set used but they had no wear.  I've owned them for 6 months and I play everyday. Tough to get good pics with indoor lighting.  Anyway, our soil here (desert region) is more abrasive then East or West coast courses.

Make any decisions yet?  Of course, there’s nearly countless options out there!

I passed on the Cobra CBs....ended up with Mizuno 919 Hot Metal Pros
