Classified ads with toes in the pics

Attention sellers of golf equipment. I was looking at a couple decent deals in the classifieds. There is a couple putters that I would make offers on and one that I would buy without haggling. The problem is the gnarly hairy freaking toes in the pictures. I am serious as a heart attack, if you have toes in your pictures I will not be a buyer at any price. NASTY!!!

If you notice toes while looking for putters, do you think you're really on the right site? Shouldn't you be perusing the craigslist backpage?

Yeah, I'm someone who doesn't like feet. At all. But I wouldn't not buy something cause if it, but definitely notice. I make a conscious effort to not have my feet in pictures.

This is something that people comment on in ALL hobbies. You'd be surprised to see how much this comes up in the classifieds elsewhere.

 

On that note - yes, people are nasty.

Here's how I view it:

 

Great price, no toes: incredible, buy immediately.

Great price with toes in pic: still great, probably still buy.

typical price with toes in pic: not great, won't buy.

Flipper charging double retail with toes in pic: 2020 in a nutshell.

I think can understand where OP is coming from.. I personally won't buy anything that has 10 digits even remotely associated with the price.

I make it a point to post at least one picture of my feet in flip flops. One member always comments on it in a funny way. Here is an example and this is fairly rare, the double foot photo op... 😀

I'll take toes over this... Years ago, there was a guys selling irons that had a high gloss finish.  He took the picture of the irons while in his tidy whiteys. 🙂
