New Cobra RAD drivers have hit the conforming list

Looks like a low spin, forgiving, and forgiving draw options. Good work cobra there’s no doubt they’ll be good. The paint scheme will be gaudy to some but the performance will make up for it

Hoping the std head is offered in 12* and not just the draw.  

 

Then again I have a Speedzone Xtreme and my knock on it is that I can't always turn it over.  So pehaps a draw variant would be good for me.

Hope these lay open when soled like the Speedzone line did.

Why can’t Cobra pick one weight shape and keep reusing it.   Now the SZ additional weights I have are outdated.

I have already seen these in person and they will impress visually! There is a Matte Navy and Red USA-themed driver that will probably be the better-looking option of the two for most people, but they will all perform and a lot of good stock shaft options are available as well!

Finally after we all knew they were coming.... And all of the talk and people posting pics that were taken down almost immediately each time. I could care less what they do with the color scheme on the bottom of the club so long as they offer a matte black crown option like the speedzone (avalanche white). Cant wait to see what these look like in color pix and in side-by-side comparisons to the speedzone line. I'm wondering what hosel adjustments it will be capable of... I like the fact that for a long time the tip has stayed uniform so even older shafts with cobra tips could be used... But I'd like to maybe see more adjustability. And to "Oaks" comment above I agree. I wish they would choose a weight shape/size and stick with it as well.

Interesting that the embedded weights are different in each model.

 

Seconding what @Oaks said, I wish they would just stick with one weight shape for the removable ones.

It will be another sleeper of the year! It will perform just as good as the others when fitted. Some will praise its performance, others will say it spins to much when hit on toe lol, others will simply just pass based on price. I will definitely give it a fair shot as I respect them as a company!

 

I think the lower spin RAD speed could be scary good and forgiving, maybe LTD territory!!

So disappointed (again) that there is no fade weighting or flat settings (assuming no change there either).  Guess it will be G425 or Ti3 for me when I upgrade from LTD.....

well Bryson is using SZ and has for a long time so potentially no issues there, Rickie might be a different story

Wonder if it will be real deal shaft, like Cobra did with the ATMOS, or a fake shaft like TM is doing int he Ventus
