Totally worth it! Mine was delivered yesterday and tapped into it today during the coverage. If you have $150 burning a hole in your pocket, you won’t be disappointed.

I thought you could only buy that stuff if you had tickets? Maybe that was the merchandise.

Originally yes, but then they opened up the food to the public. Not so much the merch though.

Was going to jump on this but then realized my office wouldn't appreciate it and wasn't worth the $150, so I bought $25 worth of groceries for pimiento sandwiches instead.

I am thoroughly enjoying it. The egg salad is creamy and incredible. The bbq pulled pork is sweet, tangy, and delicious. And the pimento and cheese, when served on toast and heated for 10-15 seconds, is gooey goodness.

Is it overpriced? Yup. So what. It was done very well. No regrets at all.

Every year I look up pimento cheese and every year I wonder why anyone would want to eat that concoction let alone make an entire sandwich out of it.

That said, if I could have ordered that package to my location, I would have done it.

I would only eat the bbq otherwise I would have ordered it but things like egg salad and pimento are just nasty to me personally so didn’t make any sense to just throw that stuff away

All three were excellent. For the pimento cheese, toast the bread, spread it on, then heat until it's melted. Definitely the way to go.

In order of favorite: egg salad, pulled pork, pimento cheese.

Ordered. Don't care about the price.

I guess I am lucky. We have a local company here in Murrells Inlet SC that makes what is called Palmetto Pimento Cheese. I have been to the Masters several times and it is very hard to tell the difference. BBQ we have several places local that has it as good as the Masters too. But it is about the atmosphere. But yeah Masters week I have plenty of Palmetto Pimento and BBQ here at the house with the big screen and wish. Tradition here at our house

Where in Murrells Inlet?  My sister moved there recently and I'm looking to visit this summer.

For one I know you can buy it at Kroger in Garden City and Food Lion in Garden City. We get all of ours at Kroger. The BBQ I get at BBQ House in Surfside. I used to get it at Prossers in Murrells but they shut down. But I think Prossers started selling in the tubs in the stores like Kroger.

I shared this with my wife on FB and without really looking she said "order it". Then a little bit later I get some text messages  -

"that kit looks cool. When is the Masters"

"It's $150! That's some expensive pimento cheese and egg salad"

"If it didnt say Masters on it that's only like $30 worth of stuff"

"It doesnt even come with bread"

Part of the appeal of the Masters is that you can buy chips, sweet tea, a cookie, and a pimento cheese sandwich for like $5.50.  My wife and I ate lunch for literally $11 there. And then bought like 10 sweet teas later because we were so thirsty walking the course (I think they were $1 apiece...maybe even $0.50). Crazy cheap. So this package at $150 is pretty steep.

Costco sells the Palmetto pimento cheese here in Virginia, so I always have some of that on hand and definitely make a sandwich or 5 during Masters week!

We did it the last time.  It was worth it.  Food was top notch, tons of cups. Not as good as on premises being in my house and all but fun.  But a one time deal for me.

Finishing off the leftovers while watching Iowa destroy Nebraska in football for the millionth time in a row was a lot more fun than The Masters.
