Tiger's Current Nike Sock?

I know this might seem like a ridiculous question/thread to post but does anyone know what model Nike sock TW wears?  I ask because a few years ago, I was at The Masters and noticed a ton of guys wearing Kentwool socks.  I bought a pair and they changed the lives of my feet.  The guys wear the best of everything so I'm curious to give old TW's socks a whirl.

 

When he hit a few bunker shots this week it looked like there was perhaps a splash of orange or yellow on the heel?  I know there are some great Nike minds here, so, please enlighten!

IDK what style they are or if they’re a current Nike sock or an older one but these are from the Match II with Phil, Peyton & TB12

After a quick run through all

of their available socks online it does not look like they offer what he is wearing to the general public.

They are an old version (3-4 years) of the Nike grip socks.  I think they sell a version in their soccer line still but I don’t think they sell a wide variety anymore.

Yeah. I’m guess he does what every man does: He grabbed a pair that was matched and sitting at the top of the sock drawer.

Thanks, y'all.  You definitely got further than I did; sincerely appreciate the help.  Definitely old and definitely grippy per google searches.  Not surprising at all given his knee issues and given he wears metal spikes.  He also ties his spikes tighter than I tied by first pair of Reebok pumps in the 90s.  You could triply knot those suckers (see photos).

 

I actually don't think TW just reaches in the drawer.  He's meticulous about his clothes and always has been.  His pants have been tailored by the same guy for 20 years (and have about 15 belt loops).  These guys are all a bit nuts in the best of ways.  Speaking of belt loops, a well known legend that has been interviewed on this site told me a story about Payne Stewart showing up at the range and realizing that he missed a belt loop.  No joke, he went back to the locker-room and re-dressed completely.  

 

Well, I guess these socks will have to go down as holy grail socks that I just never did find.  Sad day 🙂

He's definitely picky about what he wears. I was kinda surprised when he started wearing the blade collar shirts. He's worn the same glove for about 10 years I think, wonder how many Nike had to make for him before they stopped retail.

You are 100% correct.  His glove is like 10 years old.  I've tried to find it (just for fun) but can't.

My guess is he wears a custom version of these nike soccer socks, they offer them in crew or over the calf versions but not the low one he wears.
