I just received the TM Sim Max I ordered during the sale.  It was a used driver, and the condition was listed as "A".  

 

Condition: This thing is mint.  It doesn't look like it's ever been hit or been outside.  It came with the tool even though I don't think they mentioned that anywhere in the description, and it was a genuine tool, not a generic.  Matching headcover looks lightly used.

Shipping: It took me 10 minutes to get the thing unpacked because of how thoroughly they packed it.  The whole box was wrapped in plastic wrap.  There was a triangular tube inside the box to add to the box's rigidity, and the driver was placed inside that.  Lots of brown packing paper and bubble wrap all up and down the box.  The head was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the headcover. They included a pack of disposable masks and a flyer describing how they inspect each club.  Shipping time was 4 days (3 business days), and that included a brief holdup in customs.

 

I'm really happy with the whole thing and got a great price with the 30% off.  I'll have to wait and see now if I get a customs charge from FedEx, but even with that, it was a great deal.

 

I'll absolutely shop from them again.

That is fantastic information, thanks for sharing.  My irons/wedges were shipped the day after my order and I got a better deal than CPO with the BF sale and it was an open box “new” set.  If this pans out, I may have found a new go to source!

IMO the 30% off site-wide made it worth it and they just happened to have a bunch of Callaway clubs. If they run similar deals I'll definitely browse the site, but CPO is still one of the best places to buy used clubs stateside.

 

We'll see if GPUSA continues the deals.

I bought 4-5 different clubs from them, and they all arrived safely with well protection. All the condition are only better than they rated. 

Plus, they put a pack of mask inside the mail, which is a nice consideration. Your guys should get it too. Make sure not to trash them with the box.

Looks like in 2020, the last major sale they advertised was during February to March, with 30% off as well.

 

Last Black Friday, they had 40% off and Cyber Monday had 50% off. I hope something that big comes up again in the future 😂

Got my package today, incredible.  I ordered something from Dicks the same day and these beat it here from Japan...

 

Packaging was amazing, each iron individually wrapped head to toe.  The grips still had the plastic on them.  Some of the heads did, some didn’t.  They are mint except for one small ding on the 9 iron that looks like someone hit a rack swinging it in a store (or dropped it).  For what I paid, couldn’t be happier.  Phenomenal company that I will order from again!

I bet they will.  The condition is insane for what I paid at nearly 60% off!

 

I ordered around 11 PM on Sunday which was Monday business hours for them I believe.  I will say mine said the same for a day or so then suddenly was in a FedEx hub about and hour from my house.  It ended up being delivered the same day.  So 4-5 business days which is phenomenal.

Mine was stuck in Japan for a day. probably at the final point before getting on the plane to the US.  Then, I got an email from FedEx saying, "Clearance issues have been resolved for your package from GOLFPARTNER SHOPIFY. Shipment has been released for delivery."  Only took another day to arrive after that email. Yours is probably in the same situation.

Well I got mine - 100% brand new. Not even a 'nick' on them like yours.

 

I also got a 'V' serial on the 8i which Callaway was able to authenticate over the phone as legit.

Yeah, I had been watching them for a while even before this thread was started. They had a G425 with Tour AD HD I had in my cart for a while but it was the wrong loft. I just hope I get this crazy shipping and it gets here before Saturday. We have some weather in the 60's this weekend.

Hahaha thanks!  I was really torn between the apex pro and xforged.  I hit both and could be happy with either so went for the model with more tech (though the xforged sure feel great).  I got an open box with modus shafts instead of the elevate for $489 and they got here from Japan faster than Dick’s could ship 2 golf grips...

 

Im starting to talk myself into it.  Crap, I may just cave and grab them and then I’ll have both...

Received my order from them really quickly, and the package itself was really, really protected. Layers of tape, wrap, and additional cardboard.
