Who cares. How’s that Par 67 working out?

Ben did not seem like he wanted to do that video..

Probably would have rather talked about Fowler’s irons!! 😂

How can he call a 14* fairway wood a 5W? I know in the world of jacked lofts, the club number is pretty fluid but I have not heard something that drastic making its way into woods lingo.

Cobra Golf's Ben Schomin goes through Bryon's Cobra club set up for the 2020 Masters.

Thanks for posting

interesting on

- driver head weight

- 5w , 14* loft !!!

I know there is some backlash / vitriol over the “67” comment and subsequently being tied with Langer ( everyone used to pan tiger for being a robot ) - that’s what makes golf great 👍 and gear interesting

One word.....ego!

But it has been happening in the golf world for awhile. I guess it just makes the player feel good that they can hit a 7 iron, when in their old set it was a 6 or even a 5. We all know the lofts are stronger. But anyway I am thinking of buying some stock in wedge companies because at this rate the sets will start at a 6 iron then we will all have a 6

wedge set up!! Lol

I liked how hogan did their loft thing when they came back out, but I figured it wouldn’t last long.

Spoiler

Has nothing to do with ego, they're literally just numbers on the bottom of a club. Maybe you're projecting, but you're certainly not making any kind of argument.

Edit: Just gonna hide this since OP reached out to me and clarified what he meant.
