Higher launching iron shaft that isn't lightweight

Not sure if this is a unicorn, but I tend to need extra height to maximize my carry distance as my 7 iron swingspeed is mid 80 mph.  Typically I see good results with the AMT red, and recently the AMT Black as I prefer a little bit of heft in the iron shafts to feel the swing.  Is there anything that I can look at that would not be light weight (100g-ish), but would still help me elevate the ball.  Currently gaming T100-S with AMT black stiff and my latest Titleist fitting said my numbers were fine, but I could use slightly more height to increase carry so he suggested KBS Tour 90 which I know will not feel heavy enough.  Does anyone know of shafts that could offer me extra height but weight at least 115g, obviously I will need a fitting but curious if anyone has experience.

To answer the question the two that come to mind:

Aerotech Steelfiber FC115's  

KBS Tour R+

 

 

But if you want more launch, why not just get the lofts tweaked a bit weaker?   Changing loft will always be much more effective than trying to chase launch/spin numbers with a shaft change.

Nippon Modus3 130 are definitely higher launching and in R-flex are probably what you are looking for weight wise.

That is honestly the first thought that came to the fitters head, was to try the T100 standard loft version.  Ultimately since my launch and spin were all in the normal range as is, he suggested waiting till new irons came out next year... its Nov in MD so not much golf left now anyway.

This is also a shaft that came to mind immediately for me, as 6.0 is too stout for anything by my best swings.  Definitely thought about 5.5 or regular flex in options that wouldn't be ideal in stiff flex.

The old Dynamic Gold R300 is probably going to be the heaviest higher launching shaft you can find.

Definitely agree with Stuart. If your spin numbers are on the on the low side (less than the iron number X 1000 RPM), you should bend your irons 1-2* weak. If you your spin numbers are on the high side, try the same shaft with a stiffer flex. If none of these work you can try a different profile. My first experiment would be the Modus 120 v 130. Opposite profiles that can both achieve a mid launch for the right swing. You will prefer one or the other. Modus 130 can be hard to find in a demo cart. I bought a single iron off of the bay to demo. Outside of that, find a place with a Mizuno fitting cart. Lots of options.

Modus 120 keeps popping up in this post, last I tried it the fitter said I spun it too much but that was a place I ended up not liking the guy much. I recall enjoying the feel of it, seems like that or LZ 5.5 are good places to start.

I've played both the Modus 120 and 130.

 

The 120 is higher spinning and lower launching than the 130 for me. Both are good options it really depends on which one you prefer the feel/flight of.

 

If you can get a club built with each to test that would be best.

Honestly I've never found any significant correlation to shaft type and shot trajectory.

I believe the most sensible way to change shot trajectory is by altering address technique. Here is a photo of Jack Nicklaus addressing a driver, 5-iron, and a wedge. Notice that his head is set well behind the ball, right shoulder well below the left shoulder at address, and straight line formed by his left arm and club shaft. These are the technique factors which produced his high trajectory golf shots.

Agreed in this but I am referring to my natural ballflight, where a different shaft would definitely play a dominate role. I tried AMT white while ending up with AMT black and it was noticeably lower and not optimal
