is there a name for this? hitting for the cycle?

So I got my first eagle last weekend (learned when I was 8, but played more during COVID than the last 28 years combined), on hole #10. Then on the next 5 holes, I proceeded to get a birdie, par, bogey, double, triple (not in that order). Does this have a real name?

I actually realized I was close to 'the cycle' and had to get a par to complete it, but still does this have a name? If not, why not?

I opened a round once birdie 3, bogey 4, par 5, double 6, triple 7. Not a very fun "straight" to achieve. (Mostly from the pressure on 6 from my buddies about the possibility of the snowman.)

Hah! Unfortunately the very next hole was a par 3, and I was too happy from my epic last hole to take it seriously.

Believe me, I wish I could put the triple aside!    Inconsistent sounds about right... after the straight - the next hole I got a birdie, then the next was a double. 😅

Eagle, double, bogey, triple!, birdie, par

Got it. I thought you meant another par on top of the one you already had.

Putting the triple aside, I think eagle-birdie-par-bogey-double should be called a straight.

Albatross-Eagle-Birdie-Par-Bogey-Double-Triple should simply be called "inconsistent".

LOL....kind of funny....And it reminds me of a round i had this year.

One of our 9's is a 3-3-3 format (3 par 3's, 3 par 4's etc). I remember one round late in the year i only noticed it after the round but i had bogeyed all the par 3s, made par on all of the Par 4's, and birdied all of the par 5's.

If my math is correct, I believe we call this +3 through 6 😉
