Interested in this as well, these along with the Mp20 MMC are the top 3 I am looking to try in a fitting.

Hit both (t100 not t100s) but only during a fitting. P770 game me the best numbers, it has a slightly thicker top line than the t100 and I personally found it a little more forgiving on off center and shots low in the face, and  I got similar spin numbers with both overall.  Looks for the t100 are similar to the P-7mc (I got a combo set with 7mc in the 8-pw).

I didn’t get the chance to compare them on the course so can’t say much there.

The T100s have far less visual offset if that matters to you. If you look at the TXG live of the 921 range they discuss how much more offset the 770 has visually compared to 921 forged

And the Mizuno have about 25% more real offset if that matters.

These 2 irons definitely have my interest. Hoping to got hit some of them this week. I spent some time with MMC and HMB's this last weekend. Videos and reviews look promising on these. The consistency stands out to me on both of them.

How'd you like the HMB's and what lead you to keep looking toward the T100s and 770s?  Im still in the process myself of narrowing down the HMB/T100S...keep going back and forth lol.

Liked the 770s, good click , good to look down at but wasnt enamored with them and was kind of meh.  The T100S I liked alot and performed well with a bit better numbers but the 4 and 5 are a little more demanding, the HMBs kind of blended the both together well imo.

I felt like the HMB's were hot, hot all over the face and felt good for a hollow iron. Fear I had with them is the strike to me felt the same all over the face. I have a power iron today, looking for something that is more consistent and and more feel. I havent hit the 770's yet im worried it may have some of the same but reviews tell a good story so far.

I have no issues with my current 4 iron so the 4 doesnt scare me. MMC 4 looked a little small. I currently have Mav Pro's but I want better and more feel out of them. I might look at a 4/5 iron combo with 790 or t200. Im at a 9 and trending down and irons are my speed bump right now.

I played 745/945 in the past so Srixon with good results so I havent discounted them.

I haven't hit the T100, but did game AP2 718s for 1.5 years (kinda similar).  P770 are longer by about 1/2 club, but still spin comparably.  P770 do feel more "clicky", but not in an offensive way.  The Speedfoam does dampen some of it.  Overall I'm very pleased.  Centered impacts are "soft enough" on the P770 and there is slightly more forgiveness.

Just my feelings/experience and hope it helps...I currently game the T100S.  I was testing the T100 vs. P770 and enjoyed both.  Going into it, I had my eyes set on the P770 already and just loved the way it looks.  The P770 was def. longer than the T100 for me, but the T100S changed that and evened both of them out.  I think the P770 was still a bit longer, but it didn't make that big of a difference anymore.  When I first hit the P770, it felt really good, but then the t100/s just felt that much better on centered hits to me. The P770 felt a bit more forgiving, but I am a decent striker and couldn't give up the the butter on the t100/s.  Noticeable difference in feel for me.

I was also entertaining the P7MC (7-p) and doing a combo set with the P770 (4-6), but the P7MC was far less forgiving and really punishing for me on off centered hits. Also, on centered hits, it didn't feel any better to me than the t100s.  I also had this weird feeling about having foam in my irons and the fear of them hardening over time or changing the feel of the club?  Just me being weird and probably doesn't make sense at all...

At the end, I am glad I waited just a bit for the T100s and I feel it is a very forgiving club for it's size/category while maintaining the distance with the stronger lofts.  Don't think i'll be considering switching for awhile...

I had hmb before t100s... What irritated me was the blade sizes.  They were weird.. Longer irons had smaller blades than the mid.  Sole didn't work as well as the t100s for me.  Short irons had too thick of a sole.

I might be the only here BUT I think the 770's feel better than the t100's. I have played forged mb/cb's forever and I am very picking visually. One round with the 770's and they look to me just like any other clean iron. They do not have that "flushed" feeling like forged but they are close. The forgiveness of the 770's is night and day compared to any of the forged mb/cb's I have played...

I tested both and the 7mc's, ended up going with the 770 in 4-7 and 7MC in 8-pw as a liked a smaller profile on the short irons. I will say I am not all that sensitive to feel differences in clubs so I think good strikes on both felt equally nice. The T100's certainly look like a much smaller profile than the P770, not that P770 is big by any means, and I think for me that mostly had to do with the top line. P770 was a little better for me off mishits, especially low in the face and spun as much as anything else I tested.

I’ve tried to like the P770’s and Taylormade’s, but have yet to find a set that feels “good”.

Thoroughly enjoy my set of T100s w/Modus 120 X.  They feel ‘soft”, smooth and are as forgiving as the 718 AP2’s.  I find the 4 iron a joy to hit!!!

The P770’s are a little to “chunky” for me...sound and feedback were underwhelming.  I give it a click and muted feel in this category.

Just did my fitting this week. I went in thinking T100-S was what I was going to get, but I did not enjoy the feel at all. Compared to the 716 AP2 and Apex Pros that I used to own they T series was just not soft enough for me. I also hit the Mizuno MMC which felt much better but the surprise was the P770 and P7MC, for me the P770 was the clear winner from everything. I ended up with the P770 with steelfiber i95.

The numbers and dispersion was far better, but it’s not a distance iron like the P790. It was right in line with my current 33 degree 7 iron with just a little more distance due to the higher launch and lower spin. Decent angle was the highest so I should have no problem stopping them on the green. (Never had any problem stopping the AP2 or Apex Pros) The feel was soft but not as soft as MMC but much less clicky than the T100-S for me. Won’t get them until March but no golf here in Michigan for awhile.

I currently play the mmc’s but just went through a fitting and the T100s and Srixon zx7 fit me better.  I did not like the feel of the apex pro 21, 770, or 921 forged.  T100s felt softer than I thought they would but not as soft as the Srixon’s.  Mmc are softer than both.  T100s and Srixon felt more forgiving than the mmc.  FWIW, I’m a 0 handicap but iron play is my weakness.
