Issue with Clicgear pushcart and Vessel Bag

I recently got the Vessel Lite Lux bag. I love the bag, but due to to way the bag sits on my Clicgear pushcart, it keeps hitting the front wheel. I did some trouble shooting and tightened the nut on the cart to prevent it from sagging, but it still gives me like a mm of clearance and still hits. I think it’s just the way the bottom of the bag functions, but curious if anyone else with a Vessel bag has ever had the same issue?

clicgear sells boosters for that exact problem for bags that don't fit.

They have the booster. Or you can bend it more upright with a hammer. It’ll still fold up correctly.

I bought the booster clip and now it sits fine on the clicgear with no issues.

Unless I'm misunderstanding, one additional step is to raise the platform itself that the bag sits on to be farther away from the wheel.  There is a video about how to do this, and like all Clicgear adjustments, is simple and quick.  The booster helps a lot, but I've found that over time, the platform tends to get closer to the wheel, I'm sure from just the weight of the bag over hours and miles of use.

this summer , I picked up a secondhand CG and had the same issue with a cart bag.

trimmed down some old wood stock sitting in the garage to add height to the platform.

wrapped the whole shebang in black utility tape to match the cart color and made it a permanent part of the cart.

this created a solid platform raised enough to allow the bag and wheel to be separated.

can't be seen when the bag is attached and the cart folds perfectly.

I've been thinking about doing something like this for quite a while.  Can you show us a picture?

Seemed easy at the time and took about twenty minutes. Two pieces of 1x3 with a 5 inch steel rod added for support. Let the wood slightly overlap the existing rails and use enough height to get the bag elevated.  Your bag will ride the front portion of the rail, so that's where you need the extend the height

should add, anything thicker than 1x wood stock will prevent the bag clamp jaws from closing when you store the cart -
