Had them, if you play anywhere with any moisture what so ever they aren't worth buying.

I have the ZIT version. Played in wet grass, not rain, but dew and sprinklers. 3 coats of scotchguard made them pretty easy to clean. YMMV

Yeah, somewhere in these Nike threads there are a few people that have used the BB and Lacrosse turf shoes for golf. They seem to like em.

Either I'm becoming a baby or my feet are getting fatter as my body gets skinnier. My crimson ZIT wide boas used to be my favorite shoe but they seem to be squeezing my toes.  Same with the tour premieres, they're getting smaller or something. I tossed on a pair of lunar control vapor 2 and my react vapors and they seemed to not suffocate my feet. What's wide out there right now? Are the victory tour 2s in wide roomy? The 2021 zit in wide get any wider?

@LBRMGRDid you ever get an answer to this? I'm wanting to replace the laces on my Hot Punch and Wolf Grey AM1G... I think LaceLab is who a lot of people have used, but wanted to see if you got another answer that could be another option.

No reply - I know people like LaceLab for Jordans and Yeezys but I don't know about Air Max...?

Ok. I just ordered a couple pair of 54" flat laces from LaceLab. I'll let you know how they work out in my AM1G's. For only $15 I figure I'll give them a shot. They can't be worse than the stained laces I've got on the shoes currently.

To me, those are the best colorway, yet, of the 90s. I like them more, each time I see them, especially the bits of color. Do they seem like they would be comfortable for walking? I walk most of my rounds, so I need something that's going to be supportive and super comfortable. Do they have the waterproofing on them, or are they completely fabric?

They’re comfortable walking. I even use them as everyday shoes. They’re fabric so you’ll need to apply something.

The 2021 ZIT are definitely wider. I have a pair of the aurora ones and they're basically the only ZITs I can comfortably wear. I haven't tried the Victory Tours in wide, but the regular ones were fine width wise, the issue I had with them (sent mine back), was that feeling like my feet were kind of on ice skates. Similar to the ZITs. I saw a review on youtube that mentioned this, and I honestly thought there was no way a shoe like the VT2s could actually have that issue (the don't appear to have a narrow sole like the ZITs do), but damn if he wasn't right. They were comfy, but I hated that feeling like my feet were going off to the side. You can kind of see it on the Nike athletes, too, everyone looks like they have a wide bulging foot. It's really stupid, and for $180 I wasn't really in the mood to compromise.

 

I picked up the Adidas ZG21 and they're finally the perfect walking shoe for me. I was starting to lose hope. Nike needs to knock it off with these functionless golf shoes.

I enjoy the AM90s and have two pairs - they are comfortable for walking but to a point. They're kind of stiff. I walked 18 in them this morning and my feet felt fine at the end, maybe a little fatigued.

I have them for baseball.  These would be fine for range shoes or extremely dry days. The grip is decent but there is zero waterproofing in these. They are very breathable mesh and water would soak in very easily

I sold my Air Max 90 Gs on eBay and went to the AJ3. The AJ3 looks better, feels better, and is an overall way better shoe for me. I liked the spike pattern on the 90 G though. I get better traction with it.

The new laces are about 1" shorter and slightly wider and thicker than the original Nike laces, but there was no difficulty lacing the shoes with the new laces. I went with the light grey color for my grey AM1G and I feel like they turned out ok. I'm not a sneakerhead at all (rotation consists of 2 pairs of AM1G, 1 pair of ZIT, and 1 pair of AJ4 that don't fit because I ordered them the same size as my ZIT).

Angelus Direct has flat laces as well. I dont have any experience with them though, but I assume that if Angelus is selling them, they aren't junk.

Maybe this is a European thing, but the boxes I get from Nike are absolutely atrocious. I've been trying out some different models and sizes this year and every box I get looks like someone dropkicked it through a blender. Big tears, holes, entire flaps being loose. This year I ordered 4 pair of shoes, each has come in different size boxes, including when I ordered 2 ZITs at once in same color but different sizes. The last pair I got the box was easily 3 times larger than the actual shoebox and as a result the shoes had actually fallen out and were rumbling around in the bigger box
