I own this NRG but game the OTC white and LOVE them. It's been biblical down south for the last 3 weeks. Weather is finally trending dry for the next few days. May break these out, hopefully.

Ahh. Totally understand! If you're ever in Southern California, come out to my events! sandyparclub.com I want to see you rock this heat!

About to head and play Memorial this afternoon and walk, its going to be a hot and humid one.

I have played 2 walking rounds in mine now and they are awesome - Tour Premiere with better cushioning. The outer material got soaked in one round on one of the stupidly wet days and they were fine the next day; very happy with them.

Dry heat is much easier than humid heat!

The back nine at Clear Creek (still in rough rough shape, even after all the rain) was especially humid with it being closed up in design versus the front. Didnt use the VT2's today, used my old Roshe Tour NRG Ryder cups, held up well per usual. Just not as a comfortable sole as the VT's.

You could have just answered his question instead of being condescending. Helps the community a little more. There's 68 pages in this thread. The search function is less than friendly on mobile.

Part of the reason there are 68 pages is because people ask the same questions over and over instead of using the search function though.  There are probably 20 pages alone of how the Zit's fit.

I've found the search to be ok with the new layout. The 'search in topic' works fairly well. That being said, I certainly have no problems with some of the same questions being asked in a long thread... unless it's 'What does NDC stand for?'   🤣 (Just kidding, I think I may have asked that many moons ago.)

From what I found, people think the toe box is a bit tight.

From what I've experienced, the toe box is fine, not roomy, but not uncomfortable. The biggest thing for me is just getting the damn things on! The ankle opening can be a bit challenging when they are new.

You guys have any experience with the Infinity G ? I'm having a hard time finding shoes in size 13 and I'm not in a position to drop 200+ plus on some shoes currently.... are these worth the 89.99? Or are they like drastically lesser quality than the more expensive models? I don't do too well with spikeless, and there's very little options for spiked shoes, I like that these have some built in spikes. My right foot likes to slide backward in my swing usually resulting in a shot going hard left lol. Thanks!

I have a question regarding sizing for Nike golf shoes, especially TW shoes.

I used to wear 10.5 in TW71' because they felt tight (minimum movement on my feet during my swing). My normal Nike shoes size is 11. But more I walked in 10.5, my pinky toes felt uncomfortable, so I started wearing size 11 for TW20' this year and it felt much more comfortable.

How much is wide version wider than the normal? I was wondering if 10.5 Wide would actually feel better. I don't have wide feet.

Not crazy wider but definitely roomier. I have tried both and stuck with the wide TW 20’s.

Applied 3 coats of scotchguard the week prior and was hoping for the best and it didn’t work out so well. After walking 18, the results aren’t good. Any tips on how to clean em up?C5D64785-92D9-4A44-888C-99BB89723A32.jpeg.8c6f3ade90bcdc638cfeac5ecd5bb9b6.jpeg

Mine looked similar using a different protectant. Which Scotchguard did you use?

To clean mine I did the following:

1. Take off the laces and remove insoles

2. Fill a sink or bucket with luke warm water and Oxyclean ( I dont measure, so I cant help you there.)

3. Soak shoes for a few hours

4. Scrub shoes with a soft/medium bristle brush

5. Repeat steps 2-4 but soak overnight

6. (Optional) Once they are semi clean, you can throw them in a load of laundry with a bunch of towels or something. Don't use hot water.

7. Air dry (I put mine over a heater register in the winter, or leave them in the sun for a bit in the summer.

After I did that, mine came out looking pristine.

Good luck.

Sounds like something I don’t want to do each time I play/wear shoes.

Thanks, I’m gonna give this a shot.  I used Scotchguard Heavy Duty Watershield.

Agree but it’s a shame since they look so damn good. I’ll probably use them for everyday wear and when using a power cart.

I agree.  I love the looks of these Nike shoes but HATE when they make them no conducive for golf.

Agreed. I have played in them twice since then. Used Scotchguard instead of the other stuff. So far so good. If they don't hold up, I'll probably just wear them around town.
