That was my thought process. Would like to know if it’s the process like Cobra did with their black irons, or if it’s like most black irons where it’s basically just a plating.

They’re great wedges — black will only make them look sleeker. Have the 58 satin firmly in the bag. So versatile.

Sweet wedge, got the 48* with a Catalyst 100 but DANG - these look good. Hope they last though...

Glad to see this! I currently play the 588 RTX 2.0 CB in 52, 56 & 60.  The 52 and 56 are black while the 60 is silver satin. I love the 60 except for the silver finish. The silver finish puts off a terrible glare playing in sunny conditions in the afternoon. The only difference is 2.0 RTX is 60* with 12* of bounce and the CBX2 60 is 10* of bounce. I might have to try a new 60 at least if not a whole set.

I've had these since December and have played ~15 rounds so far with these (New England)-- finish is holding up pretty nicely. The face seems to be wearing quicker than the sole, which is surprising since I am no stranger to the beach. I definitely recommend these wedges because they inspire a ton of confidence if you aren't a great wedge player.
