NEW Scotty Cameron H20 Limited

New limited release holiday putter. To be completely honest, I'm really tired of these limited edition releases, when this is just the kind of shape and neck that people have been wanting for years from Scotty. My only hope is this non-welded slant neck is what we'll see in the 2021 mallet line.

I think they always hover in the $800 range, but don't quote me on that. I could be mixing up a couple of releases. I believe the JT Limited edition one which was also 1500 pieces was $999.99

Retail should be around $850-875, possibly lower but all will be bought by flippers and listed on the BST for $1000-1500 for the next 10 years with statements like "hate to let this go" or "will probably regret selling" when they've never used it because it's new in plastic.

I'm expecting the 2021 Futura line to have a neck option like this.  Could be wrong but I'd give it a 60% chance of happening.

It will be the same as always - you never know and people buy them to try to sell for 300-500 profit.  I am done with the Cameron Club and his putters - too much crap with the distribution.

Ugly as sin. If this was on an infomercial promising “High MOI” and “Make more Putts” people would be ripping it apart as an ugly gimmicky piece of crap.  
 

Scotty saved the money on the infomercial so thanks I guess...

I hope all the people calling it ugly don’t play a Spider X or Odyssey Ten, because it’s far better looking than either of those and it’s the same shape. 
 

That said, he runs quite the racket but good for him. He’s built a successful brand that people would sell their firstborn to get some of. Don’t hate the player.

I just got one and it’s gorgeous.  The unboxing was sub par... it didn’t come with a box. SC should at least give the unboxing experience for the price. Like buying a nice watch.

Looking to pick one up on the secondary market after the the retail versions lack of a slant neck.  How’s the toe hang compared to the .5 phantoms? Guessing / expecting more of a Mid hang but would love to know prior to the 1k drop? Pictures would be great!!

I acquired a CT. It came in the same bag, NIBag. I inquired quite a bit before I determined it was legit. It putts well so even if not I can live with it. Of course the value changes from x,xxx to x.xx.

I had the same question. This is a actually one i have coming from MA. I sold my CT 5.5 proto. Just couldn't game a putter worth more than the rest of my bag combined.

It’s a very solid putter and to me sets up better than any of the phantom x stuff of the past. With the retail 11.5 not having a slant neck it makes the H20 a little more desirable in my opinion. It will hold me over until they start making the CT version in other colors.
