I had gotten nothing but the club cameron kit the past few years.. backpack, camo duffle and Den Caddy are all pretty nice, well worth the cost of the membership. I mean the cool caddy was made by Vessel, and it's $195 directly from Vessel without any customization. It's like a steal getting it from Club Cameron kit. I would have been happier with just the simple Den Caddy.. it sits in my basement man cave holding about 15 putters. Passed on all releases as I am just not into collecting headcovers anymore. 

This year's kit is very disappointing.. so I won't be renewing.

I spoke to cust service yesterday.  Somehow he was aware there was an issue with shipping and it happened to more than one person.  (a little scary!) They are gonna attmept to have the people that ordered the t shirt only return to SC and send the polos to the proper customers.  Doesnt sound like its 100% done deal... i also have to return the tshirt.   
 too bad shipping didnt screw up and send me a Moto Lh model! Wouldnt  have heard a peep🙊🙈.

Having you return tshirts seems a little petty for a "high end" brand don't you think?

 

I'd hope they'd include an extra bonus item in your corrected order to make it right after all the hassle.

I was thinking same. But maybe since the tshirts are a limited run they dont have enough reserve tshirts to send out to those who “only” got the polo 🤷🏼‍♂️

I considered that option, hints the bonus item idea to make it right.  Something like a Repair Tool or towel.

as much as I enjoy the brands items, that's the way they've always been. hardly every compensate for any of their wrong doing. the custom shop is no different. toss in a headcover or something for their mistake (blemish on returning a putter, wrong finish or paintfil)....nope. you're lucky they cover the cost of return shipment.

If I'm reading this correctly they are basically trying to do a swap between the people who got t-shirts instead of polos and vice versa? So you're now potentially getting someone else's used polo and they'll be getting your used t-shirt? I get that some people probably never took it out of the packaging, but there is a fair chance you'll end up with a shirt that someone else has already worn that SC has now repackaged to look new.

 

That is one of the more ridiculous things I've ever heard from a customer service perspective.

Im hoping thats not gonna be the case. I cant complain until I see what

they actsully do.  It is “Just”

a polo, if it was the tour bag or putter that I spent 1/2 hr trying to order online ( and a lot of frustration)  THEN didnt get it, I would be ticked....lets

see what happens!  I def wouldnt want a shirt that sat in some smoke filled home or worn! Im pretty sure that its gonna be hard to find anyone that received a polo instead of a shirt AnD admit it!!

I imagine with the limited edition stuff they don’t have sufficient (or any) additional items to send out replacements without getting them back first. 
 

Not sure how’d the make it right if they can’t fulfill the order...

A friend and I ordered ours a day apart. I received mine, his hasn't shipped yet. Seems like a bit of randomness to it.

There first one was a mess. The website wouldn’t load, wouldn’t let people log in. Putting it in your cart doesn’t secure it, only checking out does. Usually gone within a few minutes.

Got my kit. Not upset with it. I use the hydro flask everyday now. Anyone ever used the pins as ball markers? 

Cash bag holds extra gloves, driver tool, small pocket towel. Beats a ziplock. Ready for a release!!!

Works the same way as club Cameron releases except putter inventory is 1 for each putter listed. They will be found under the gallery tab for Wednesday’s and the creations section iirc for the Moto Monday

Just received the proper order today.  Had to make a few calls but sounded like more than one person had same issue.   It was only a polo so it’s not a big deal because I have 2 feet of snow outside of my house now, but if it was a putter that I was looking forward messing around with it would’ve been a long several week wait. All good

It’s  good to hear they made it right. Seemed like a mess with more than one person involved, so it probably would have been easier just to refund you and say they couldn’t fix it. I’m sure that was frustrating, but other companies could have made it worse.

When the Wednesday putters drop, are you allowed to buy more than 1 within the same release (feasibility of doing so fast enough aside)?
