I finished the year with this bag, after going back to the best wedges I've ever held. The only change I foresee is trading out the 5 iron for a Taylormade V-Steel 24* 9WD with a Ventus Blue 8X. But hell, I've lost this challenge before.

Man, I REALLY ate it on this one last year. FFS, I even switched from Nike to GFore shoes! 

 

While I'm sure I said the same damn thing - I'm pretty certain this is my year to shine.

Like Bombs I’ll play, but also soon to be toast as I have a new set of i210’s on order (making sure to get them in the 12 week wait time just before Ping upgrades this model🤓). Also won a set of MP32’s at auction ensuring my quick but certain demise.  Pretty to look at in my office corner right now, but like a siren sweetly calling for eventual failure.

I really like this thread every year.  Gives me something to aspire to, since not changing anything for an entire year is pretty much the "perfect bag".  Unfortunately I have a built in failure this year, since I got fit for irons in December, and have new ones on the way.  I'll post my temp bag, and what will change in a few weeks when I fail, just for giggles.

This is a solid bag.  A buddy has that driver and it’s made me search ebay a few times after hitting it.  Solid feel and sleepy long.

Played today with the bag that I posted.  FWIW, and I sincerely hope that someone beats me, I'm pretty certain that I will be out after my tee shot of the very next round.  Now, there is a VERY good reason for this, I'm just not 100% ready to let WRX into the depths of depravity that is my golfing brain 🤣!!!

This bag has been pretty stable for me, it's almost the same bag I started last year with. My irons are due for an upgrade, but I'm not sure whether it'll happen this year.

Lob wedge is definitely the biggest area of concern. Carrying a 64deg wedge is not the right answer for me, but I don't have a better option for delicate shots around the greens right now so I'll roll the dice with it.

I both love and hate this thread because of how fast some guys fail and how long some guys last. Also being in that frigid land of Canada my season doesn't start until May and when that comes around my bag is usually changed.

I'm also not planning on changing or purchasing anything for the first season in the last 20 years...

Purchased the irons in November, first foray with graphite shafted irons.  Also put Tour Velvet Jumbo's on everything.

Got my TD in August and after some weight changes (heavier) I think this might be my favorite driver I've owned.  I've been playing the MD PM grind for the last 4 seasons and have a backup to my backup.  Won't need a new one this season but curious to see if Callaway has something new coming out.

I have the same feeling I do after the beginning of every winter, I mess with things during the first half of simulator season and tweak to find what I want, and lock it in for the second half and summer golf. Highly doubt it!
