Mizuno JPX 921 Compared to Nike VR Pro Combo?

Starting off by saying this is probably a long shot, but here goes. 
I currently game a 10yo set of Nike Vr pro combo irons (3-4 split cavity, 5-7 cavity, 8-pw blade) and I’m looking to upgrade this year. Hc is 14 with decent ball striking. Finally broke 90 last year and average 85 (81-91 range). Probably could use more forgiveness than the blades currently afford. 
I have hit a bunch of irons (4, 7 and pw) at my local retailer and I’m drawn to the Mizuno jpx range. 
 

I am drawn to the tour and forged - here’s my question for jpx players:  Is the forged too forgiving and large/unworkable? Has Nike ruined me forever that I’m considering blending the tour 6-pw? The Canadian winters are making this off-season feel like an eternity. Any advice is appreciated.

Played the jpx 900 tours for a few years (little to no different to the 921 but some minor lateral cg change).  If you are not comfortable with a blade, do not purchase the tours.  There is no difference in forgiveness to the mp20 blades.  Only offset differences.  Either look at the jpx forged/hot metal.   Might want to check out some newer ping models if you like the nikes. 

 

I just switched to the p7mbs because the launch and spin numbers were better than the jpx900 tours which I haven’t been able to get out of the bag for a couple years.
