I don't believe we have seen the last of the 0211 clubs namely those 0211FB and ST irons.

Those are more players irons and will be a perfect addition to the Entry Level 0211 clubs.

Perhaps they will be introduced in April along with the GEN 4 clubs.

After a closer look, I’m not a fan of these designs. Now, if they turn out to be incredible performers, I’ll take a look. But, as of now, im sticking with my Gen 3’s.

Maybe so, those new 0211 are reminiscent of the Ping G series...We'll see Gen4 driver, woods and hybrids for sure...Gen4 irons will be next January...Not sure when the new putters are going to drop, but they're due out since April 2019 was Gen2 release...

Just called PXG when I saw the Blackjack putter for $185. They would not honor it. They said it was a glitch. Not happy.

Are the new 0211 irons similar in size to the old 0211 irons or closer to the Gen 2 XF irons ?

I saw that on the Jan 1st when I looked on my phone, I tried to buy it and it was coming in as the current price, so I held off...$185 would be a great price, but I figured it was a glitch...

I saw they have progressive soles, so they vary in width depending on the club.

I had a feeling it was a big headfake.

The 0211 FBs looked too good to be $100-150 PXGs, they would have killed the 0311 sales

I'm kind of underwhelmed by the new 0211 launch. I'm loving the look of the driver head but the irons do nothing for me and not a fan of the fairways or hybrids. They did the Callaway square toe thing on the hybrids which I don't like, that is hook-city for me. The fairways should of went more Ping G410  without the heal and toe relief, I don't like the smile face in my fairways.

Oh well, I guess I will save some money until the next release... maybe I will go demo the driver when they drop the price to $195 in the spring.

From what I read on the PXG site it mentioned progressive offset and progressive bounce.  It mentions nothing about the sole width and from the pics on the site the sole width looks consistent across the irons.

Weird that that 0211 driver is marketed as high forgiveness, high MOI...but the 0211 fairways are described as low spin performance

 

Either way, I love my proto x driver so much (first ever PXG club) that I ordered the 0211 fairway with a tensei pro blue. Cant wait to get it in hand and compare with my SIM Ti

0211 hybrid with the rails looks great, and they added a few shaft options online.  Gen 2 was awesome, I would love to give the 0211 a go.  No 17* in these, but 19 turned down might do the trick.  

 

The red lines through the prices on brand new clubs is a bit odd.  I liked it better when they were just expensive because.  I'll miss all the redundant PXG pricing banter.

It is 215 grams mass, not cc volume, at least that is what it says.

True. How can you tell how big it is then? PXG says it bigger in size.

Looks like the 12 more yards claim from PXG for the new 0211 irons are because they essentially made each iron 1 club stronger in loft and length.

 

2021 are +1/2", 3* stronger loft, 1/2* flatter lie and just a touch more offset in each iron.

 

If I ordered them 1" short and could get them at D2 swingweight at that length I would give them a go.  Probably just stick with my current 0211's which I really enjoyed this past season.
