Wedges with some offset

Does anyone know wedges currently available that have a good bit of offset without being totally gimmicky/GI-looking?

I am looking for the JMO/Langer style in wedges

Your best option is to buy wedges you like the looks of with higher bounce and more loft than you normally play. Then bend them strong to reduce bounce and add offset. Tiger did this early in his career, Furyk is another guy that likes offset in his wedges. I don’t like offset at all in wedges, so I do the opposite, I buy less loft and less bounce then bend them each 2* weak. Basically it adds 2* of loft and 2* of bounce. Doing the opposite will take off 2* of loft and2* of bounce.

RTX 3s had the most offset of any *players* wedge from recent times I believe

Vega VW-08 wedges. jDM and lots of offset options available beyond this model but look very traditional. Tight leading edge. High end and expensive new but can be found for good prices used.

Not sure what you mean here. You want a player's wedge that's very forgiving?

 

Go with what works, not what looks "cool."

Do you want good wedge shots, or are you engaging in self-delusion and mainly trying to impress your playing partners? Go with what works.

It's not about about impressing anyone. I just happen to prefer a bit of offset in my wedges. It's purely an aesthetic preference which seems to have gone a bit out of fashion. Some of the best wedge players of all time (Seve, Olazabal) had far more offset on their wedges than you see today.

I had a mizuno t5 wedge a few years back that had a decent amount of offset.  So much that I never actually played it and just resold it.  Maybe look at the newer model mizunos?
