Where Should TXG Open up Their Next Location?

They keep implying their new location in 2021 (apart from the outdoors one in GTA) was going to be southeast US. Also plans for somewhere in the UK were mentioned, but I think they were saying that would be after a US location (I think Scotland was heavily implied, but can't say for certain).

Chicago because it is closest to me but would obviously make the most sense to go somewhere south.

It would be insane for them not to join in right around there.

I have relatives outside of Orlando that we go and visit every couple of years.  I usually set aside at least half a day to go down to Turkey Lake Rd. and check out all the stores.  It’s like heaven on earth for a golfer.  Luckily there are plenty of other shopping opportunities for the wife right in the same area to keep here occupied.  
 

Definitely would be the ideal place for a new TXG location.

My business sense tells me Vancouver first. Incredibly wealthy city and would also get a lot of western Canada business. Then once the Canadian market is covered, down the coast to California.

That does make sense.  But if I was those guys, I'd get me a Winter retreat.  Work and play!

2. Year round golf.
3. Low taxes.
4. Centrally located with two airports that have direct flights to and from most of the country.

Sik golf relocated out of Orange County national last year to shingle creek so there is an open building/space there currently.  They talked earlier about the location they were moving to was pretty much a move in ready location.

The only issue I see with OCN is that it's not very 'nice'. Maybe TXG will change that, but it was always a little rough around the edges and needed some maintenance to the facilities.

 

TXG's current spot has nice high windows and is modern/etc. If they are opening everything at OCN and not just using OCN for outdoor testing itll be interesting to see how they set it up or renovate.
