I've heard a few times that the Max sits a little closed. Hopefully that's not the case. Might have to get a 10.5* and decrease the loft. The G400 Max sat perfect.

The AV Raw line is following the new trend of having the R/S/X flex versions being the cheaper OEM profiles and the TX flex being the aftermarket upcharge shaft. Yes they are "real deal" in the sense that they are the same thing that you can buy from Mitsubishi, but it is largely a repacking/redressing of the old "made for" concept in the sense that the shaft you get stock is not the one that costs $350+.

Does anyone have a link or list of upgrade shafts for Ping G425 drivers and fairways? Or is it just the ones they list on the site?

List available on 2nd swing golf.  They are actually one of the largest sellers of new Ping golf clubs in the country.

It is really slight, but the 10.5 head I was hitting did look a smidge shut. It launches high enough for me that I set it in the -1* and flat setting, hit dead straight bombs still. Took a lot of the draw out of it in that setting as well.

Huh?? You lost me.

Is are the stock Ping shafts the same "premium" upcharge ones?

In all but very rare instances, you are never getting a "premium" shaft as a stock offering. The AV Raw Orange 55/65 and Rogue White 130 MSI are OEM "stock" offerings that lack the premium materials/tighter specs of their TX/Tour-X counterparts and are completely different profiles. The Rogue White 130MSI for example is a mid soft "Blue" type of profile in the R/S/X flexes, and a completely different low launch profile similar to the Rogue Silver in the "Tour X" flex. As for the Av Raw Orange, the difference between the R/S/X flexes and the upcharge TX flex is the same difference between the Tensei CK shafts that came stock on previous models and the CK Pro shafts that were available as premium upcharge options.
