G425 delivery times

I just ordered stock shafts black dot g425 irons from roger Dunn today. Is it a 3-4 week wait on stock sets too??

This meshes with what hard-goods manager told me at the local Golf Galaxy. G425 is getting priority. He said G410 can still be ordered, but expect a 3-4 month delay. And as @tbone18 said, it's just what G410 stuff they still have in the supply chain.

Ordered a G425 Max 10.5* today with the Rogue White. My club pro said to expect about 4 weeks and will update me if that changes. I’m in Quebec.

Ordered the Ping G425 Hybrid 2 with Tensei CK Pro shaft on 1/23 through 2nd Swing. It was supposed to ship on 2/23 but 2nd swing let me know that Ping was set to receive parts for this order on 2/23 (I'm guessing the shaft) and it would still have to be assembled and shipped... the wait continues!

Ordered a LST 10.5 Tour 65 Stiff and got it delivered today on the 10th working day, pretty impressive! PING said two months at first.

My fitter ordered heads only, 425LST, two max fairways, Feb 5th. They were in monday the 22nd and I'll have them in hand next Monday.  

 

I won't speak to his delay, but still 3 wks isn't bad.

Sound's like that could be 2nd swings issue, hard to say at this point. There are also some intangibles going on right now with the ports and getting goods offloaded from incoming cargo ships in so cal.

When and from where did you place your order?

 

I wonder if your LST 10.5 Tour 65S was delivered so quickly because it's a stock setup.

Had my fitting on 1/25. Order was placed that day. Finally got my G425 Max today, 2/26. Hitting the course with it tomorrow.

Finally got my G425 Max! 55 Tensei Orange Stiff. 5 weeks and three days since ordered. Will test it out this weekend!

Put in the order 2021-02-13 at my local golf shop in EU. Ping promised delivery before 2021-04-16. Picked it up yesterday 2021-02-26 at my local store.

 

Exact specs:

10.5° LST, Ping Tour 173-65 (Graphite, flex: Stiff), standard length with ARCCOS Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 (thickness: White) and a total of 3 tapelayers.

 

I knew the grips were smaller than other brands but it actually feels alot smaller than my cobra club grips with 2 extra tapelayers. 😛

My club placed a custom order for me on Wednesday (2/24) and was told it would be filled in 2-3 weeks.

The order wasn't too "custom"; A 12 degree G425 Max driver with standard specs, a 5-wood with a 3-wood length shaft, a 7-wood with a 5-wood length shaft. All three with Tensei Orange regular flex shafts.

 

Hoping the rumors of the delays are no longer true. Looking forward to lowering the lofts on the fairways to open the face and hit straighter shots....

Ping Arccos grips are golf pride and Cobra is Lamkin.

I finally received my 425 max without headcover on the club and wrench loose in the box banging the crown of the club all the way to me. It has a chip in the paint and small indented area on the crown near the paint chip. This club was drop shipped directly from ping to me. I called in to ping and was not at all satisfied with the way I was questioned or the resolution. I was told it had to be sent in and inspected for a possible REPAIR. Looks like I will go 3 more weeks without the club due to pings packing.

I ordered a set of 425 irons on 1-28 from PGA superstore with graphite shafts and mid size grips.  Nothing yet.

 

Also ordered a g425 hybrid and crossover on 2-4.  The hybrid indicated shipped, but after a week nothing arrived and the tracking ID could not be found by fed-ex.  I got an email today telling me the hybrid order was cancelled.  I tried calling to see if I could still get the hybrid, but was too late to get anyone today.

WTF that bs. Hopefully you get it back quickly!

It was separate in the box. Common sense would say put the wrench inside the head cover but the way I was talked to by the person at Ping I think sadly they may be lacking common sense.

Ordered G425 Max 10.5" with Tensei raw orange 6s on 1/11 through local shop. 
 

Ordered 19* hybrid with Tensei raw orange and max 3w on 1/21 at same place. I ordered Alta 3w shaft along with Tensei raw orange as it gave me good numbers. 
 

On 2/12 I received the hybrid and Alta fairway shaft.
 

No driver or 3w yet. The hybrid is great though. Set at 18 degrees and big flat. Impossible to hook (knock on wood).

What flex? I ordered 9 days ago, they said 4-5 weeks since the shaft was backordered (AV orange 65X). Would be cool if it ends up being less!

65x tensei orange is what I ordered ...the ping rep said they should be getting more in 2 weeks from today

JLB, did you call the customer service number on Ping's website?  I tried that today on my lunch break.  I was 25th in the queue.  I waited as long as I could about 20 minutes or so, but had to go back to work.  How long did it take to actually talk to someone?

typically Ping puts the headcover on the clubhead when the order is shipped.  someone not doing there job very well or at all.  sorry to hear about your issue.  Ping should make it right.

Fyi,    Aldila rogue white 80X backordered till first of April.  Talked with them yesterday afternoon.  Ordered 1.22 for fairway lst

Guessing you are either an x stiff player or had 2nd Swing credit? PGA Superstore has them in stock.
