His attitude counts against him. I think it’s hilarious because it’s always self deprecating but when  Rahm and Sergio do it it comes across as petulant children. 🤔

Interesting question is who is more likely to win a major, Hatton or Fleetwood? 

 

If I had to pick, my money would be on Hatton.

Rory lays another egg.  Never thought I’d be thinking his career would become somewhat disappointing.

I usually skip the interviews in round when I have recorded the play, but for whatever reason I kept it on when Hatton was interviewed. They had just teed off on a par three where there is water front and right, and the pin is tight to the right side.  Hatton hit a shot basically right at it.  Commentators said it had to be a push.  Tim Barter asked him that, he said "yes it was.  I have the wrong color trousers on for hitting a shot right at the pin on purpose there."  He was wearing white pants.

 

Maybe people have personal interactions that make them dislike him, and I can see he seems a bit surly, but between that comment and the video, I think many people take him more seriously than he does.

That’s what I was saying, he actually seems like a very funny guy if you listen to him but definitely has a face that is for a lack of a better term, punchable

I can only recall Hatton recently losing a lead in the a final round was at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2018.

 

Hatton's record in majors is very good. 5 top 10 finishes in 22 majors.

 

I can see him winning an Open Championship.

I'm pretty sure Tyrell missed the cut at all the majors that were played last year, bit of a shocking statistic really, i can definitely see him doing well at the Open this year
