Golfworks Pro-Blend or Standard Grip Solvent

Not sure what the Pro Blend is like, but Bramptons HF-100 is the gold standard.

I agree with the Brampton suggestion. Golfsmith solvent can be a pain in the xxxx sometimes

The standard stuff is fine, does what it needs to. I had a bottle of the blend that got really thick in the cold. Not sure why though.

The best.  Easy to work with and never had a problem.  Grips slide on easily and are relatively secure on the shaft quickly, but no too quickly.

I've used both and prefer the Standard just because of the citrus smell, the other kind of stinks. Both do what they are supposed to do.

I've used naphtha for 30yrs and had my first experience with the GW Standard stuff last year(i don't like to change things that work for me) and I wish I would have tried it sooner. No more naphtha for me. Most guys seem to refer the Bramptons to the GW stuff so I look forward to giving that a try this year.

Keep scrolling on Golf Works until you get to Bramptons. Order it. Much better than the Golf Works solvents I've used.

Brampton avoid their regular solvent like the plague especially if you do build up wraps.

from all of my experiences their regular solvent HATES Lamkin, Golf Pride, & Superstroke grips. 

 

 Brampton just slides on with ease every time.

I have found that the golfworks standard stuff doesn’t make it easy- for whatever reason the grips do not slide on very easily even when you absolutely drown it with the stuff. Especially long putter grips. 
BUT, I do all of my club work during the winter in my laundry room/shop and it is by far the best smelling stuff I’ve ever seen, so my wife doesn’t complain. And that’s why I use it.
