Wow, a fairway wood without an adapter.  

 

Now that it's industry standard and everybody prefers it, let's take away the adapter.

 

As bad as everything else looks, the Apex forged irons look awesome.

Don’t know if it’s true or not but other threads said it was European tour release only since they didn’t get the X Forged. It’s so stupid. I don’t know why they just can’t release their players irons together and why they can’t make a decision on naming conventions. It makes since to give us the Apex TCB in the US. Would make a nice 3-way combo to fit between the MB (pW, 9i) and Apex Pro (5-6i) or just as another option. Hoping they correct this mistake soon. 
 

not sure why the new Epic fairways are bonded. Usually Callaway is bonded every other year (Rogue, Mavrik) and adjustable every other year (GBB Epic, Epic Flash)

As a player that has always had a fixed hose fairway. I have been waiting for this release to see how it would look knowing last iteration was adjustable. I am a bit deflated its fixed as I was looking forward to it. 

Back to the drawing board for this guy on the FW.

The Callaway aesthetic has not appealed to me since the first gen metal fairway woods but the hybrid pro being offered to 26 deg loft may help me get over it.  Getting older sucks - although I suppose it beats the alternative...

Bring back the adapter!  I can't help myself from continuing to try different shafts looking for the perfect combination.  Sometimes I just get bored and want a different feel.  It's soooo much easier to screw a new one in than it is to pull a glued one out.  Companies are just trying to save money...

The TCB irons look great!  Looks like the pro's will have 'flash cup face' 3i-7i be interesting to know about the TCB...
