Florida Bachelor Party in June

Hey all, looking for some help in regards to planning a Florida bachelor party first weekend in June. Background -- roughly 16 of us in late 20s, everyone golfs and likes to have a good time. Looking for suggestions/locations if possible.

 

• First weekend in June, how bad is the weather (heat/rain)? Is it playing with fire where we might as well should just pivot to Myrtle Beach? Or not too unbearable that we could make it work?
• We will be there Thurs-Sunday so looking for 3 or so rounds, maybe 36 one day. Course preferences, probably 2 solid (<$70 per round) but nothing special tracks that would be fun for a group, and splurge ($100+) for a more special course one of the times. Even if it was 3 solid courses that is plenty fine, we just wouldn't want dog tracks and it seems like Florida golf in June is on the cheaper side compared to the rest of the year. I guess a bonus would be if there are 3 courses within 30-40 minutes of where we would be staying so less commute. 
• We do like to have fun so a spot with some nightlife or at least maybe beach bars at night/after rounds would be nice. Not too crazy where we need the best nightlife possible but also need it not to be totally dead at night.

 

So, given that information is there any locations in Florida that you would recommend? Some locations that were thrown out were Jupiter, Palm Springs and Tampa. Thank you very much for any input you may have!

Its miserable here from April to October, so yes, June will be scorching. Usually showers blow up in afternoon, so I suggest earlier rounds, nap/shower through afternoon storm, hit the town. But don't stay out so late you don't want to golf early again the next day.

 

When you say Palm Springs do you mean West Palm Beach?

 

Jupiter, Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra/St.Aug, Tampa/Clearwater if you want beach sand & golf. Orlando if you want golf & college girls. haha. Not sure PCB has that many accessible courses close by.

 

Jupiter has the added bonus of Tigers restaurant and decent beaches.

It’s hit or miss early June. I don’t think afternoon thunderstorms roll in till late June. 
 

rounds will definitely be a lot cheaper and playing early rounds can limit the humidity exposure. What you should also consider is we aerified a lot of courses beginning in June before the rain season begins. I’d stick to myrtle but the night life in orlando can get pretty wild.

Tampa is a good area, and I prefer the west coast to the east. I lived in Orlando for a few years and June was rough, but it’s not as bad along the coast. Play early, nap and then go out. There’s some great courses in the Tampa area and the area between Tampa and Orlando that’s drivable.

Not sure if I just had good luck weather-wise, but I vacationed on Anna Maria Island first week of June 2 years ago.  Although it was certainly very hot, I wouldn't say it was unbearable in the least.  Played 2 rounds with no issues as far as heat.
