Will the 2.0p be released like the 1.0p?

Hope so the 1.0PT was way way smaller than I expected

Also have to agree, I was really hoping they would come out with a slightly larger PT grip.

The 1.0PT has similar dimensions to something like Golf Pride Red Star - it's about a standard size pistol grip. However the Super Stroke is softer and for me this made it feel even smaller. Also I'm hoping the 2.0PT will be a little heavier. The 1.0 is 58 grams, which is nice if you like that "classic" weight, but I'm used to grips in the 70-80 range now.

Totally agree, even up to about 85g now seems to be the normal with how heavy putter heads have gotten in the last few years. I put a normal grip on my roundback and the swingweight went into the E range.

The Pistol GT grips are 69g in the Tour and 82g in the 1.0 so I would guess this grip would be atleast 70-75g unless they switched it to the foam underlisting

Yeah it looks like the 2.0p looks more like the original ultra slim 1.0pt that Rahm used to play..if that’s the case and they release these to the public then I’m gonna have to regrip a few of my putters..

Yeah agree, thats the grip I wanted to try and thought the 1.0PT was that one but its super small. Hope they can also fix the Traxion Spine a little tough to get them straight all the time.

Nice to hear I'm not the only person who had this problem. Haha. You can get the Traxion Spine straight or the front of the grip straight - not both.

PT has more taper top to bottom and the top is more rounded. For the company that says "say no to taper", its quite the departure from their original design philosophy. Most similar grip on the market would be the Winn AVS midsize pistol.

"The 1.0PT series is today’s twist on a classic design used by tour players for decades. A smaller overall profile features a pistol-style with a more pronounced arc under the top hand extending into the butt area of the grip."

Going after the traditionalists/their competitors. I'd be curious to try the 2.0 just to see but will probably stick with the Pistol 1.0.

It's always been a small issue with their grips it's just more pronounced now since they made it bigger and called it SPYNE technology.

Isn't this the grip Sergio won the Masters with? Seemed so difficult to find back then.

Could be, does that look more like a pistol version of 1.0PT?

EDIT: Found a eBay listing of the item and it does look a bit different then 1.0PT, wider fron to back in the upper part.

Have had the 1.0PT on my Spider X since I rolled a few with the Spider FCG at my local shop a couple months back. Can't say enough good things about it. Agree that it may be a bit small for the Super Stroke fans looking for a larger grip profile.

Yes please anybody know anything?  Just got a new to me putter and would love to put one of these on it.
