RORS is looking a little chunky?

I just saw a few picks and he is looking a little 'chunky"? I wonder if he is going after the "Bryson" theory? I know his speed is up and he has been working out hard.... It seems to be working at least the 1st round...

He might have gained a couple lbs of muscle, but still looks good to me. I wouldn't mind him putting on a few lbs if it converts to some extra yardage.

FWIW, rorys swing is probably the most efficiently violent swing to ever grace this planet from a world class player...

his hip turn is unbelievably awesome and balance is off the charts awesome...

 

I tend to be obsessed with the old school swings but rorys has an elegant move of extreme violence under control that reminds me of only Miller...or Greg Norman[so underrated how hard he went at the ball]

 

rory was blessed at birth with a swing worthy of being in the louvre...

 

I’m a huge [not fat] fan....

 

and Rory has about as much fat as karen carpenter...he has an absurdly low fat percentage

I think he looks a little bigger. His downswing is better too. He seemed happy after the game but I didn't think it was the most convincing 64, if there is such a thing.

Tough crowd. Hate to see your opinion of women’s weight LOL. He’s ripped right now, obviously bulked up a tad and added another 15 yards. Not really what you get typically when chunking up.

There is such a thing as over-training.   Remember when Duval was chunky, winning and trading punches with The Tiger?   Man, that was fun to watch.   He then firmed up too fast, lost flexibility and focus.   Now, he sits across from Brandel and that ham-head Lerner talking about the ole days.

Commentary on course today in sky sports coverage is that he is looking to be carrying a fair bit of extra muscle. ‘Radar’ Riley walking with them specifically mentioned it. Just out drove Justin Thomas by 22 yards on the carry on par 5, 324 v 302 carry. Both offline though. 
 

struggling a bit today in the wind, but certainly not lacking in distance.
