i210 custom orders?

Was on tgw yesterday messing around with a custom i210 iron order.  Now the website doesn't offer this feature anymore.  i210 being phased out soon, or PING just so backlogged that not taking i210 orders?

I put in an order for a matching 3 iron for my i210 set. Not sure if that’s considered custom or not but it’s being processed.

Check out Carls golf land.  In another thread a poster pointed out Carl's still taking custom orders.

That I could not tell you.  If it were me I would call Carl's or DD's or Ping themselves.   Just a lot of conflicting info floating around.

Ordered on a Sunday no less.

I am in the same boat.  I saw there was no custom option on TGW as well but I called my local shop and asked if the i210's were discontinued or not.  They said PING is still continuing them through this year.  Along time for a product cycle, you can thank COVID.  30-60 days on an order for them right now though.  Getting fitted at a demo day at the end of the month, looking at the i210, i500 and Blueprints.

Per Ping, they have a backlog of orders to fill because they shut down manufacturing last summer.  Orders for custom i210 put in now are looking at an April fill date.

 

New g425 irons will fill in 2-3 weeks

Ping is 4-12 weeks depending on your order.

Put my order in this last Friday (2/19).  According to my fitter, best case scenario clubs will arrive end of March.  Which would be great considering my first golf trip is April 6th 🤞🏼

I was going to order a set back in December. Ping rep told me March at that time. Doubt the lead time has gotten better.

“I” ordered clubs through my rep 2/19, but he texted me Tuesday night to confirm lie angles....  so “he” just ordered 3/3 and sent me the confirmation number 😢

 

Looking at mid April at the earliest now.

I ordered my i210s the week before Christmas, and mine came in on Monday.

 

12/20 --> 3/8. So 11 weeks right now.

Wedges came in today including the PW. Hopefully irons aren’t too far behind.
