Have a few rounds under belt now including one today in very windy conditions and I’m even more sold in this. Also had a college level player in our group and he used my driver the whole time to try it out and loved it. Some very good shots. Long balls. Good in the wind and better than I thought it would be overall, tbh. The vanity and novelty is one thing, but I think it does a little more than nothing so it’s a good combo.

Dude I just turned 53 and I max out at 105 to 107.....that's really fast. Can't imagine what your AutoFlex numbers will be. Keep us posted.

This course is pretty tight driving.. I expect his 20% fairway accuracy is going to be a bit difficult for him.

Im interested if he actually puts them in play or if they were just building them for him to take home and test.

Just saw that as well and was going to post about it.  He tends to stick with older equipment and has alot of resistance to change.  This seems like a stretch for him.

If anyone is a prototypical player for autoflex it is Couples with his smooth swing.

The higher speed with the driver is great but to me it just looks like it affects the other clubs he hits off the tee.  This will be a good test to see where he is at, lots of less than driver tee shots this week.

He's having an ugly round with the driver but like you said his miss is big left with every club.  The funny part is he ripped one on his 18th hole and he one handed it like he didn't like it.

Adam is back to the Ventus Red as of R4 this week.  Not sure if he's been using it the first 3 rounds.

Saw him warming up on the driving range during the golf channel preshow and they have trackman or whatever ball tracker they use. He was slicing the crap out of the ball on some swings. Even the announcers were commenting on it.

He’s def searching as he’s been off.  It’s like when he was searching when his putting went south.  He was all over the map and using different putters.  Hopefully he finds his swing again and gets dialed in.  He’s good for the game.

I am a huge AS fan and hope he gets back to form.  A friend of mine is an even bigger Scotty fan and noticed something interesting in the final-round broadcast.  He was in a featured group, so you could see a lot of his play.  On one of the later holes, you could see him throw his 3 wood after his shot.  You can't tell what happened to it based on the broadcast, but he didn't have it for the remaining holes -- he either broke it or launched it into the woods/water.  Definitely out of the norm for AS...in addition to a gorgeous swing, his attitude is always amazing.  I wonder if we'll see him in a new 3 wood at Bay Hill (partly joking, partly serious).

His next tournament is the Players next week.

That's even more evidence of how out of sorts he is.  He has his schedule listed on his website, and it said he's playing Bay Hill, so he must have dropped the event.

He doesn't play Bay Hill a lot and his results are usually bad there.
