Bag for a push cart

Does anybody make a bag suited for use on a push cart that does not have 14 club dividers.  I had a stand bag I was using for awhile but the frame for the legs didn't fit well on the cart.  So far all I see out there are the individual club dividers.

You don't mention what type of push cart you are using, but if it's a Clicgear, they sell an accessory called a "Bag Cozy" for $28 that fits on the top strap bracket and holds the legs of a stand bag in place so that the bag doesn't turn because of the stand mechanism.  Clicgear says that it does NOT fit on other brands of carts.  So that's one possible option to allow a stand bag without 14 club dividers to work.

A second option is to find a stand bag that doesn't have an external "foot" that extends the legs, so that the bag sits better on the base.  I think all of the Sun Mt. bags DO have the external mechanism, but some of the Titleist carry bags in years past had a hinged base that works pretty well on a push cart.  So that's a second option.

But if you mean by "suited for use on a push cart" a larger bag that isn't prone to rotating on the push cart, with or without a stand, I don't think you are going to find that without 14 club dividers; I looked pretty hard a couple of years ago, and just couldn't come up with one.  For better or worse, the 14 club divider thing seems to be the rule of the day in all but the smaller, lighter carry bags that typically cause the most problems on push carts.

I will say that as much as I was resistant to the 14 club divider, I have found it to be less of an adjustment that I feared, and I'm even a bit appreciative of the feature when I'm pushing my cart.  It doesn't cut down on the noise, and since you're only using one club at a time, it isn't rocket science to find it and get it back in the right place.  It's a matter of making the adjustment, granted, but for me now it's way down the list of things that I care about when I buy a new bag.

I use a normal Sun Mountain 2.5 on my push cart - it doesn't have a lot of structure, but I don't have any problem getting my clubs in and out.  I use a Big Max Blade IP, but here's the bag on about as rustic a push cart as you can get ---- no problems "moooooving" about!

I haven't been on this forum in quite some time.  I am not seeing a way to reply to specific comment without adding a quote.  I am probably missing something.  The cart I have is a CaddyTek.  I found it last summer online at Costco.  At the time, Sun Mountain and Clicgear were completely sold out.  The cart was cheap but has worked pretty well.  May just have to learn to live with the individual dividers or go back to stand bag.  Thanks to all for the advice.

I have tried many bags on my clicgear. The ONLY bag that works for me is the Sun Mountain Sync. 14-way dividers though.

I’m not sure why someone wouldn’t want the dividers.

The Sync is the best bag for push carts when you factor everything in.

I started walking/pushing almost exclusively a couple years ago, and upgraded from a TaylorMade "premium cart bag" to a Vessel bag (which by the way, are DEFINITELY worth the extra cash) with a 4-way top last spring. One thing I've grown to prefer is that that since it splits the clubs into 4 groups, the irons/wedges kind of rest against each other in their respective dividers, as opposed to swinging freely and clanking around. It's a quieter walk, plus I have forged one-piece clubs and have seen dramatically less bag wear accumulate on them since I made the switch.
