Heck, I was just hoping to get some deeply discounted zx7s since I figured if you got them you'd be getting the TMs anyway -- then I remembered you are left handed and totally lost my rooting interest!  Speaking of which, watching the tournament yesterday I still remember some pretty good looking swings teeing off on the South Course of some wrxers from a few years ago - some pretty salty golfers in that group!

BTW.. nice choice, My son has he Forged tec (2018 i think) And they are the sweetest, smoothest irons I've hit outside of my Adams that will share my coffin.

I just think it's really funny. I was 3 in 1984 and i'm also Canadian. So the thought of having this headcover as i play tournaments in Quebec was hilarious to me. 

 

Also that ticket won in basically a sweep so it's about as safe as you can be, even in 2020

 

But yeah, i just think it's funny because people will ask me questions on it. I'm undecided if i will tell them it's a joke or lecture them on Reagonomics

The wedges are gorgeous. Really nice head shape and the whole face is black. Not like other wedges where the grooves are a different color.

I have to hit them once the tyrants here allow us to do anything fun. 

 

I wouldn't say i have buyers remorse or anything, but one of the main reasons i went with the Cobras was because i had physically held them last year and was confident i liked the head shape. I had never held the 770s or Apex's or Mizunos. And with Operation Enduring Lockdown going on in Quebec right now i figured i wouldn't be able to actually see any of the clubs in time to order them and actually get them before the season (due to lead times)

 

We opened up stores a couple of weeks ago and i got to hold the 770s. The looked nice! If i had gotten to hold them ...I might've ordered them.

 

Store didn't have the Apexes yet.

 

I didn't like the look of the 921 SEL as much as i thought i would

I haven't hit them, but have heard they feel amazing... and their design is more GI than blade... You could get an orange Bryson hat and call yourself Rickie DeChambeau! (ok, maybe don't do that part)... 

 

I guess my thought is: You've played the 410s for a bit and seem to have good results with them, and I get the desire to chase a new shiny object... so the question is: Why limit yourself to five options? Dive into the pool. Try anything made in left handed.

 

If you know you won't change for a bit, spend the time and get it done right.
