It was 40% of the 2021 models based on "full price" ($34.99) not the standard discount (2 for $60).

Please take a look at the posts a little further back. Code was good only Sunday and Monday. It's dead now!

While you may not see any additional performance from the Maxfli’s. You most certainly will not see much fall off performance compared to the other high end balls. The beauty in the Maxfi’s is its value. Good luck and hope you won’t be disappointed.

It's definitely a quality ball, and an incredible bang-for-the-buck with the recent sale.

 

Even the guys at TXG have it on par with the ProV1:

I recently bought some of the 19 Tour in yellow as well as the 21 Tour in yellow and the eye test they appear to be exactly the same (less the side stamp), at least the dimple pattern and color/cover.  I believe both have 318.  Never been much for yellow, can take or leave but these have a nice color to them.

Agreed, not a fan either but learned to overlook that. It’s the only thing I wish they would change on the 2021 ball.

The dimple pattern is the same but they've made changes to both balls. MGS goes over the changes in their review of the 2021 models.

I like the look, when I snap hook it into the ninth fairway and the group picks it up because it's white so it must be theirs, they may look at it and think it's a range ball and drop it.

Funny you guys say that. I have my playing partners ask me all the time if I'm playing a range ball. Even so, I love the alignment. I use a line and have a stencil for a poor mans triple track. The 3 lines really help me visually where 1 line always looks a bit off. These Maxfli balls are the perfect in between for me. I have a hard time when I go back to a Titleist with a single line.

I’m a fan of the yellow, has a slight twinge of green. This and the Taylormade Yellow pare best got me to see. Not a fan of the sparkly yellows.

Used the 2021 MT in matte white for the first time yesterday. It performed just as well (distance and spin) as my usual ball which is the srixon Q Star tour. I personally like the alignment aid because the double red lines makes it easier to work with. Not crazy about the matte finish but it might grow on me. Also the ball didn’t feel as soft as some of the other urethane balls I play.  I have 2 dozen so will be mixing them in with the Srixons.

I switched from the Q Star Tour to the Maxfli Tour.

Q Star Tour is a much, much softer ball then the Maxfli Tour. But to me, the Maxfli Tour ball is perfect. Not too hard, and not too soft. It feels just right, with no clickiness you get from some top tier balls.

Yes, didn't like the glittery Q Star Tour yellow. The Maxfli Yellow is one of the best yellows.

During the 40% off sale I bought 1 dozen yellow for the Winter season and couple dozen Tour X for when Spring begins.

First round today with the Tour X. Temps in the high 30’s so pretty cold. Ball felt great. Distances were good, very impressed. FWIW I’ve been playing the Srixon XV. The Maxfli Tour X felt softer. So far impressed and glad I bought 4 dozen!

I just bought the 4 doz box for $104 with a $10 gift card so $94 total ($23.50/doz). You can’t beat that!

Tried the Tour and TP5X side by side today.  First time using either ball.  Maxfli Tour was the winner.  Feels too soft putting but I just need to get used to it.  Very fast and firm greens.  TP5X seems to have better iron spin but for driver and fwys Maxfli was great.  Need another round of testing before I buy the 4dz. pack.
