My wife and I welcomed our first child 2 weeks ago and we were so ill prepared 😅. Selling new Srixon driver and irons I was going to play with once I'm allowed to play again since we need to buy some expensive baby stuff so we can sleep a little more.

I asked my wife, but she wants to buy new. Don't they only sleep on these for like the first 2-3 months? I'd argue but I need to keep her happy so I can go play sooner rather than later 😂😅😢

Depends on the plan but yes, beside only 1-2 months max.  Get them into their room with a monitor asap.  Otherwise they will never leave your bed.

a $1500 bassinet?!

 

my son is 5 months old. the first month he slept a few hours on and off but only on my wife. at a month we put him in his crib and let him figure it out. he cried his head off for 3 nights. first night was for almost 2 hours. second night was an hour. third night wasn’t much more than 20 minutes. now he goes down somewhere between 7-7:30 and does two ~5 hour stretches with a food break somewhere in the middle. 

 

keep your clubs and don’t try to fix his sleep with gadgets!

Same deal over here....let them cry it out a bit, sucks and you feel bad about it too, but in the long run, they need to learn to “cope”. Our 1 year old has some really janky sleep patterns...but we figure she will get out of it soon.

I feel your pain! Dont you also love the fact they still charge you full price even when they shut daycare down??

Its pretty much straight robbery!! Its like paying greensfees and not being allowed to play just on a MUCH greater scale.
But we are lucky the kids have had somewhere to go. I think hemorrhoid surgery without anesthetics would be more enjoyable than having my 2 hooligans stuck at home for more than a week. Theyd probably literally burn the place down.

Might be best post I’ve read in awhile. Beautiful clubs! Too bad Ben didn’t warn you about what happens if u don’t stop having sex with your wife 10 months ago!   Now u can’t even play those sweet clubs!   GLWS and best wishes with the new addition to the fam.  Even though they barely let you sleep and almost instantly add 3 strokes to your handicap they are a blessing.

We just found out you can rent a Snoo; considering going that route.
